Indian Overseas Bank — IOB website not working for net banking

It is quite disturbing to note that we are not able to access our account through net for the past 4 days since IOB's server has gone down.

I spoke to one of their staff over phone who said due to year-end work pile up the server is slow.

It is the same for all banks, then why IOB net work alone goes down?

It shows their lack of technology to cope with the need and they need to address it immediately if they think customer satisfaction is one of their core values.

Hope they take the feed back and act on this for the benefit of customers which in turn will bring more rewards for the bank.
