Indian Overseas Bank — Missing money | |||
Dear madam / sir I have an account in IOB Chakala andheri east branch, mumbai. Saving Account number 25513. In April my father went to withdraw money from the IOB vile Parle ATM centre an amount of 10, 000. The machine did not hand over the money but the amount was debited from my account. We waited for 24hrs and then called the customer care, they asked me to wait for 48 hours and then complain. Which I did and they registered a complain no- MA230404. I was asked to wait for 10 working days. On calling back after 10 days I was informed that I am supposed to call the bank itself. So I went to the bank and made a complain. Its been more than a month. The bank personnel assured that as it is the same bank the money would be credited soon. Madam/ Sir, I am a middle class person and this amount is big for me. It has been difficult month for me as I had made some plans but they had to be changed. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. Regards Charanjit Kaur Was this information helpful? | |||
