[Resolved] Indian Overseas Bank — Money debited twice for a single transaction

I'm using atm card in bharath petrol bunk yesterday (Rs.300). First petrol bunk employee swipe the card and machine says transaction declined. So he try a another swipe that time only the sales receipt generated. But the amount is debited twice. I make a query regarding this issue but he said that amount is auto credit to your account or else contact your bank. I'm try to reach iob customer care but i can't reach, so that i'll raise a complaint here.

Note: service tax is debited once for this transaction (Rs:10.50)

Updated by Prabakaran_KS On 10Jan2016 the amount Rs.300 is credit and after that Rs.300 is debited again. I don't know what's the reason

Today {3-1-2017} using debit card swipe a card in swiping machine ..and transactions is but declined but amount is debited .total amount 1200 ( 400×3) ..please help me to return my amount soon . Customer care is totally waste .no reponse always busy..
