I am having Savings Bank account (a/c. no 20109) in IOB, Pathanamthitta Branch Kerala -. An SMS have been received to my mobile number [protected] that Rs 337.01.98 debited from my account on 30/4/17 @ 14:25 hrs without swiping my Debit card (VISA) or doing any other transactions

THERE HAVE BEEN SIMILIAR INCIDENTS BEFORE THAT AMOUNT IS BEING DEBITED TO DFLT BUT THOSE Amounts WERE SMALL LIKE rs 60 . I THOghT IT WAS SOMe HIDDEN CHARGES FROM BANK

Hence, I request that the details of above transactions to whom it was made, may be traced out and the amount may be credited to my account as no transaction have been made by me as above.
