Indian Overseas Bank — Money is deducted from my card but not added to my paytm wallet | |
Paytm informed that my request to add Rs 1200 to my paytm wallet has failed on 3rd Oct 2020. Paytm has not received any amount from Indian Overseas Bank for this transaction. And the bank has not refunded this amount till date. I ve tried contacting the customer service but they are neglecting my query by distracting me with assurance and this is not the first time that i am into this situation. 2 years back same thing happened but due to my busy schedule i ignored it.
