I have sb ac [protected] at IOB Mylapore branch, 3 weeks before i have requested the bank officer for my name to be changed and issue a new passbook with my new name as i Have to submit it as my proof for passport but for the past 3 weeks the officials say they have problem with the software and nothing has been done yet i am really fed up with there response I request the higher officials to take needed action and help me out as soon as possible. Thanks in advance

Respected sir/madam,
I'm 17 years old. I tried to register iob internet banking for many times ( given proper user id, password and entire valid details ).but when I click submit button, it shows this type of error "Accounts are not allowed for registration ".
sokindly help me to open internet banking facility.
