Sir iam maintaning a current account with your esteemed branch at lambha kheda, bhopal whose branch code is 3627 in the name of balaji motors whose transaction in the last six months goes over 3crore.
For running my business in this featival season i wanted a overdraft facility from your branch. I contacted the branch manager where he assured that he will provide the same. But till date he is not fulfill his words. Inspite of that he giving excuse that am new in the branch, manpower shortage, to come another days etc. He is not bother about my request.
Am giving business to your branch inthe form of opening of sb a. C of my customers, by taking policy etc.
It is requested to lookinto the matter at the earliest bec my business suffer a lot if overdraft facility no provided by you. And if you failed to provide this facility i have no other option to switch over my current account to another bank.
