Kindly refer to my iob a/c no.[protected] vide which i have complained in writing several time to iob branch situated at bariyatu, branch code 0672, ifsc code: ioba0000672.in this connection i would like to inform you that during changing the old password otp is not being sent in my registered mobile no. [protected]. It remains hanging until switching off. Please take needful action in this regard. Thanking you.

My ATM was blocked due to wrong entry of pin 3 times. It was not yet unblocked even after completion of 24 hours. I was out of station. It was essential for me.
