Indian Overseas Bank — Payment unsuccessful and I can't use gpay, phonepe etc

I can't use gpay phonepe apps and also when I try to transaction it's says payment unsuccessful..

But it's not a first time..
Overall many times this was arrived and I was asked in branch . They simply said here all are well . we don't know about that...
