[Resolved]  Indian Overseas Bank — PRAN kit not received

Hello, This is Biswarup Ghosh.I haven't received the PRAN kit for the PRAN[protected] till date despite the CRA website claiming that the same has been dispatched on October 11, 2013. The airway bill no. of OVERNITE COURIER is [protected]. I haven't received any response to the mail I have sent to the agency ('info.[protected]@nsdl.co.in'). The call center executives claim they are unable to help. I will be highly thankful to You if you kindly help me to get out of this serious problem.
