Indian Overseas Bank — refund amount not credited yet

I have bought a laptop via my indian overseas bank debit card form flipkart on 14th oct but after one hours i canceled the oder and flipkart send me the confirmation of cancelation and they aslo inform me that they have send the refund amount in my visa debit card And they also send that mail it will be credited as per bank rule on 17th . But today is 18th and still it not been credited i have mail and ph the merchant and they send me that they have already credited the amount to my bank account. But its still not credited. I want to know what has actually happen to my money. And where it's actually right now. And I want to know that who actually make me fool . And I also want remembasment of that delay. I want the reply as soon as possible and also I want my money back by tomorrow.
