I have cancelled a product (Mi smart watch) of cost 1345.00 from amazon.in one week back for which transaction was made from my iob debit card.. Refund of amount was scheduled on or before 13 th april... I din't receive the refund amount yet... Authorization code is[protected].. Pls check to it and make the refund as soon as possible.. I transferred 4800 from my account [protected] on 10/04/2018 but it is showing error due to technical issue. But the amount for deducted from my account. Please rectify this

Before 2 days I was taking out 500 rupees from BOD ATM while transaction light went and I didnt get money but from my account money debited.

I got new ATM card while go to register my atm card in atm center i am not receiving the OTP and i went to bank register my mobile number .
