Indian Overseas Bank — Refund not came in my account which was sent by Paytm

Dear sir/mam
on[protected] i added 12000 rs from my iob ac no. is [protected]. to paytm wallet to send it to my relatives. the amount not gone to hime and transaction shown fail so again i sent back to my ac by paytm wallet and it shown successful.but it not came in my iob ac. i made complaint to paytm they told it successfully transferred to my bank and gave order id [protected].
they gave a ref.no. 74568226357400299300047 as a proof.i gone to bank 3-4 times but they are not interested on this.kindly help for me.and solve it.
