Indian Overseas Bank — refund not credited by iob initiated by paytm

I made a purchase in paytm and i returned the product. Paytm initiated the refund but in my bank account the amount has not been credited. Its been 6 months.. I gave a written complaint in iob triplicane branch 2 months back but still my refund not received.
