My name is javeed akram and i had ordered a (Welltech vivo x21 bluetooth smartwatch and alloy antique silver keychain) of amount (Rs 1, 150 and rs 163) In amazon on (12/3/2019) and after i didn"t receive my product for a long and on (23/3/2019) and (25/3/2019) amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] And told me to fill charge dispute form but indian overseas bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. As am requesting you please take the serious action against the Iob bank staff because they have know way to talk with customer and no one will come to time to work and work properly I do not know how long they will take lunch. The customer are waiting out side around more the 2:30pm.
