Sir, I have book train ticket in Paytm. Booking hasn't done but booking amount has taken.Paytm has refunded the money but the refundable money hasn't come to my account .I have already reported the complaint about refundable money in iob bank before 2 months itself still they didn't transfer the refundable money to my account already 2 months passed sir.So I kindly request you to look at to this matter seriously and make the need as soon as possible sir.
