[Resolved] Indian Overseas Bank — regarding the refund of rs 50 to my mother's iob account | |||
This is my experience regarding the refund of the amount of rs 50 to my mother's iob bank account [protected]. As per mail from paytm, the following are the details of the transaction, Data of refund[protected] at 23:58:15 Paytm order no - [protected] Refund reference no - 74332748279827837273505 Iob ac no - [protected] I will avoid using iob netbanking and paytm also. Paytm was not supposed to refund the amount instead refund it to my paytm account. I had dropped an email and send couple of remainders to iob and paytm, it has been 14 days till now. I still did not get the amount refunded. Please kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
Oct 30, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Amount was refunded to my account on 30 - Oct - 2018 after lot of mails and follow up. Indian Overseas Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

I made a transaction in nearby atm on[protected] but the transaction failed since the machine had problem but I received the message and the amount is deducted from my account so hereby kindly request you to solve my issue and refund my money as soon as possible
