Very very worst experience i really felt iob is not a user friendly bank.
Some one has wrongly transferred money to me. That guy was got my mobile number from my home branch and informed this issue. That guy was contact to me and i was refund his amount via my another bank account.
So he was satisfied due to he got an amount and i am also happy because unknown amount was refunded to corresponding person.
But the iob was blocked my account and also detected much amount with out prior information. Yesterday i was in emergency situation and try to withdraw my amount in atm it shows "insufficient balance".
After to many discussion with customer service finally i called home branch they told irresponsible answer "due to wrong transaction your account has been blocked". Who is the responsible for this kind of transaction. I am totally disappointed iob service.
Basically i am asking you what is the rules & procedures to block account?
I really felt iob is an unsecured bank for me because why you guys gave me a number to unknown person? In case some one raise the issue means you guys only interact to me suppose i am not responded to you means you can take step otherwise why you are blocked to me? Was this information helpful? |
