Indian Overseas Bank — Transaction declined 2 times on 02.01.2017 of rs.6000/-but money credited 3000/- only

I have used yes bank ATM located at sector 11, panchkula to withdraw Rs.3000/- times on 02.01.2017 but the transaction declined at that time. only 1 entry of rs. 3000/- was credited to my account but another entry of Rs.3000/- is not reversed yet in my account.Please try to resolve as soon as possible.
