Dear sir, Kindly note that mr. Chetan khatri wanted to transfer 14000/- through imps from his yes bank account no.[protected] to my iob account [protected] (Ifsc - ioba0002251). But due to his typing mistake the account no. Changed to [protected]. The reference no for that transaction is[protected]. About this mistake mr. Chetan has already informed his bank through phone call on 2/07/17 and several mails. It it wrongly sent to that account. Therefore i request you to kindly divert that particular amount back to his (Mr. Chetan) account. Please advice if we have to do any needful to expedite this process. I have filed online complaint on 06.07.2017 but no reply has been received from the bank till now. Kindly expediate the process.
