Indian Overseas Bank — withdrawal and transaction problem

I am a pension holder, having a savings account in tower branch in Anna nagar. For past 3-4Days unable to do transaction in online and also not able to withdraw the amount in atm, It is showing the Invalid transaction, Due to this i faced a lot problem in financial and one of the worst customer care of your bank., they nothing have access to check the account, Due to Govt holidays unable to go branch also. This is not the First time I am Facing the issue, frequently seeing this problem, My Mob Numb [protected] pls kindly contact and resolve.

I will transfered neft on my mobile banking at 12.08.2019 but transaction is failed amount will be debited we want time on refund three working days but passed one week but not credited that amount accordingly refund my amount on my account my account number [protected] branch nilagirivattam

I am J BELIKS RAJ .My IOB AC number is [protected]. I was done NEFT transaction io ICICI bank, that UTR Number is IOBAN[protected].Amount is 15500 Rs.that amount was till now not credited to the other bank ICICI AC .
Please take necessary action as quickly as possible.
