[Resolved] Indian Overseas Bank — Worst customer care service for online transactions | |||||
I got a refund of rs.651 for a failed order and i transferred that amount rs.651on january 17, 2016. From my paytm wallet to iob ac from which that amount was paid. Bank txn id-[protected], paytm txn id-[protected], but the amount was not credited in my bank ac. I contacted paytm officials, they said that it was a successful transaction and gave the prn no.74332746018601707701287. I complained about this with iob customer help line. Complaint no is ad140302 dated 14.03.2016. There is no response till now. I called more than 5 times. Whenever i am calling, they will give a no.[protected]. No body is attending this phone. Very very worst customer care service. I never expected from this a leading nationalized bank. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jun 19, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The bank has refunded my money. I gave complaint 4months before. Now it has been resolved only because of you. Thank you very much Indian Overseas Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
