I am dhananjay kumar working as a primary school teacher under bihar govt.. On[protected] i was supposed to go gaya (A district of bihar state) from jehanabad (Bihar) court halt. When i went to ticket counter at jehanabad court halt, he refused to receive rs 1 small coin and threaten me to do whatever i can do against him. Please take a proper action against him.
