Still i didn’t get any refund with reference to refund against pnr number [protected] /irctc transaction id [protected], an amount of rs. 860.0, but in “ticket refund history” under my transaction tab in your irctc profile after login at www.irctc.co.in it showing this below message.

The refund is issued by zaakpay pg.

The amount got refunded. Here is the screenshot of my transaction history.

I have added my screenshots of irctc mail and the ticket refund history. Kindly go through this and resolve this issue.

Updated by kumarsatya95 I have cancelled my ticket with reference to refund against PNR Number [protected] /IRCTC Transaction ID [protected], an amount of Rs. 860.0, but in “Ticket Refund History” under my Transaction tab in your IRCTC profile after login at www.irctc.co.in it showing this below message.

The Refund is issued by Zaakpay PG.

The amount got refunded, but I didn't get any refund on my bank account till now. The amount is refunded by the above mentioned bank by IRCTC. Here is the screenshot of my Transaction History.

I have added my screenshots of IRCTC mail and the Ticket refund History. Kindly go through this and resolve this issue.
