Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket from NDLS to ASR journey date 24 December 2015, but the train got late from more than 4hours.I had filed the TDR on the same day at 09.00 HRS.The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours. PNR: [protected] Transaction ID: [protected] Date of Journey:[protected] Ticket Amount: 4040.0 TDR Filing Date:[protected].00 HR TDR Zone: NORTHERN RAILWAY (NR) Reason for TDR Registration Failed: Invalid TDR Timestmap : DELAY.
But, another family who had filed the TDR on the same date at about the same time got their complaint registered.So, i request you to please look into this matter and take necessary action in favour of me to get the refund that I have been deprived of.
