Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Account Activation
I have registered for an account online, account id: kpod2kpod2. I have received and entered my email OTP which has been accepted and I have emailed [protected]@irctc.co.uk numerous times with a copy of my passport to ask them to acitvate the account but with no success. I am a UK resident and do not have an Indian mobile number so cannot receive the mobile OTP. Please can you help? Is there a problem if so what can I do to fix it? My email is [protected]@aol.com, passport photo attached.
