Dear Sir, I'm rajasekhar, Irctc user id: seerapusek Reg. Mob. : [protected] Reg. Email: [protected]@gmail.com I book tickets without autofill or any other methods. I book tickets with the correct procedure in most cases with irctc rail connect app. But i don't know the reason it is showing "booking is not allowed as your account is suspended". I called irctc customer care and they are very rude, telling me to create new account with other number and email, i don't have other numbers or emails to make new account. I have a recorded conversation with customer care representative for proving their rudeness towards customers. I need a proper reason behind my account suspend. Please do the needful.
