My booking status in train no18452 was AB1/17/SL but current status is showing as A1/28/UB. My seat was changed from Side Lower to Upper Berth. My PNR no is [protected]
My travel ticket can not be booked beacsuse of my booking is suspeded please solve this problem.i can not understand why booking accound suspeded.plese reset my booking account

In IRCTC the failed transactions are processed within 2 to 3 working days. It would be automatically credited to your account where it was debited. So wait for a couple of days for further action. Also you check the status in "Failed Transaction History" in your IRCTC Login
