Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Amount not refunded after failed transaction reservation. | |||||
I was booking tatkal train ticket from daund n (Dd) to ambala cantt (Umb) on 28 april 2017 for making journey on 29 april 17.. The reservation was failed but the ra.835 was deducted from icici debit card... I have been waited 10 working days but the amount hadn't refunded.. I also submitted online complaint to the costumer care of irctc... But they haven't responded properly.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
