Hi team, I have booked a ticket on 11th jan through online from ern to mas for 12th jan. For the reason, train got delayed for more than 3 hours and passenger not travelled, i have filed a tdr on the same day. Although the status shown as cr registered in tdr history, my amount is not refunded yet.
