Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — asking money by the catering services | |||
I am traveling from guwahati to new jalpaiguri by rajdhani express, train no. 12423 by pnr no.[protected] on 17.05.2018. As per my knowledge we are paying for the services charges also while taking the ticket for rajdhani express. But i feel ashamed when i experienced that theservice boys are seeking bakshish (Asking money) from every passengers for their services. I think they were paid by the contractors of railway catering services. Please take action against them, it is a very shameful issue. Why should we pay extra. Was this information helpful? | |||
