I am bharat singh, boarded train no.12901 on 28th of jan, 2019 at 10:53 from borivali and was travelling to ahmedabad. My pnr number is [protected]. I was carrying 1 luggage that is a grey color trolly bag in train during my journey.in the trolly bag, i had my several stuff such as 3 dress cloths (Kurta & paijamas), 1 modi jacket, shoes, medicines, shaving kit, woolen shawl, 2 set inners, etc.

When i got up on 29th january in morning around 6:00 am to get down to my destination station that is ahmedabad (Adi), i found that my luggage was missing. I had kept my luggage below my seat b5 41, but when i started looking for my luggage as my destination station was nearing, i was unable to find it.

Also, my co-passengers from same cabin were already off boarded before i got up and hence, it may be possible that my luggage is with them (By mistakenly).

Hence, i am sharing the details of co-passengers below as it might help in searching my luggage.

After off boarding to ahmedabad station (Adi), i had informed grp, ahmedabad about the theft/missing of my luggage. I am attaching a copy of my compliant copy here. I request you to please search for my missing luggage and inform me if found. Also, if possible, please contact to the co-passengers travelling in same cabin and find out whether by mistakenly they have carried along with them or not.

    Hi sir, This is Supreeth here as i, have not received refund of cancelled ticket amount in my bank account but till date amount is not reflecting in the bank as i had cancelled ticket on 19th Jan 2018 but as per irctc, funds as been transferred to pay bank i.e., ZAKK PAY Bank account but i, am unable to contact them

    Details of IRCTC are as follows

      Subject - money debited from account using upi but ticket not booked in irctc

      Respected sir,
      I had booked a ticket on sanghmitra express for the 3rd february on 30th january. I paid through bhim upi axis bank and according to the app the money has been paid to irctc, however when i logged into my account the ticked had not been booked and the transaction status was pending from bank end. It has not failed nor the ticket has been booked

      I have not received the money back and the bank officials are saying if the transaction fails i'll get the money back, but the transaction has not failed according to upi.

      Kindly look into the matter and refund the money.

          I have booked a ticket from RJY
          to KCG on 18th Sep,
          2018 and Date of Journey was 16 Jan, 2019.
          For reason passenger has not traveled, I filled the TDR
          for the same in IRCTC against my ticket and the
          status was turned to CR Registered, but the
          amount was not refunded yet.
          I am not sure what else I might be missing to
          get amount refunded. Please let me know what I
          can do further or else you can send sms to mob no : [protected] or

            I tried booking the ticket from irctc app transaction id-[protected]
            Sbc to mas
            Lalbagh exp (12608)
            Booking date-18 jan 2019
            The ticket was not booked and the amount was deducted. The confirmation of the refund amount has not been reflected in my bank account.
            Look into the matter and try to solve this.

              Train name - kaifiyat express train number - (12226)
              3 tickets were booked from ndls to azamgarh for 2nd of jan 2019.
              Train got cancelled due to fog on that day but nothing has been credited. Tdr was also filed for the same but to no avail.
              It has been a month almost but the ticket amount of rs 3451 has not yet been refunded.

              Please have a look into the matter and do the needful.

                I had filed tdr on 15/12/2017 and request for refund against pnr number [protected] for reason "train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled.", has been received and the reference no for this is :[protected]
                Actual train arrived at boarding station 3.15 hrs late, still even after sending reminders by mails, money not yet refunded.in response auto generated mails are recieved saying that your tdr request has been forwarded to railways. One it is accepted, refunds will be made.
                It is next to impossible to get railways over help line nos?
                Kindly help me to take the matter to highest deciding authority and get my refunds.

                    The train staff in ac coaches are not providing the pillow covers for the pillows stating that the new pillows don't need covers any more.
                    That was one of the weirdest answers i ever heard. How can we use the pillow covers which have already been used?
                    I request the corresponding authorities to look into the issue and address the same at the earliest.

                      Time-4.15pm
                      We arrived station at 4.00pm and there was display of train no 12413 will arrive at 4.45 instead of 4.15. Announcement was also being made that the train will arrive at 4.45. We sat in the waiting area for our train to arrive. But at 4.45 we got to know that there was something wrong at the station and the train was at the right time and has left already. There was no cancellation possible then and if i did cancel it i would get a part of it as a refund. I want my complete refund and ask the indian railways to apologize for the same.

                        I booked an train ticket from nzm to bdts (12908) on 16/01/2019.
                        However, it shows "pending from bank end". I have used debit card to pay and payment was successful that day. Status is not clear that time, so i can not book another ticket and the refund amount i didn't get till now.

                          As we were booking tickets in IRCTC, train number 16351 amount of 670.49 was deducted from bank end but no ticket was booked but the amount has been debited from the bank account date of transaction is 11 january 2019 as it is said it will be refunded in 3 to 4 working days but yet it is not refunded. so I request you to take immediate action against the refund status of this transaction ID [protected]

                              I have booked a ticket from vijayawada to secunderabad on 04-jan-2019. Its pnr number is: [protected] and journey date is: 16-jan-2019. I cancelled the ticket on 11- jan-2019. Refund amount of rupees 170 has initiated by irctc on 12-jan-2019. But till date i didn't got money. When i reached customer support of irctc they are asking to check with my bank. But my bank: indian bank people are saying to check with irctc and saying they can't help me. Finally, i have ended in mess. Nearly 1000 rupees are struck up by irctc amd their foolish gateways.

                                When i booked ticket through irctc app they showed that 24 vacant/confirm seats are available. But when i made the booking they gave me the waiting seats. I am carrying a liver patient. I cannot go on waiting seats when i cancelled the ticket they have cut down 120 cancelation charge. But this is not my fault they had shown me that seats are available and still showing and still they gave me waiting list ticket.

                                  I recharge UTS wallet 100/- from paytm but the money bedit from my account and did not recharge successful o[censored]ts application.So i called paytm castomer care they say the recharge successful done but I did not received money Uts wallet then I called Uts helpline many time, but they did not recive my called.So what can I do now . I recharge 8.30 am now the time is 9.00pm.

                                    Sir,
                                    I have tried to book a ticket from the Irctc on 20th Jan 2019, an amount of Rs240 deducted from the account. The payment were done through Google pay.
                                    But the transaction failed and the reason shows as " No response from bank"

                                    The money is not yet refunded till today(23rd Jan 2019)
                                    Kindly refund the deducted money.

                                      Forgot my username, password, email I'd created by my friendsyl by my name with previous phone number, make me these situation s even trying to create a new user I'd also iti os giving the information that user name already exists, phone number already exists, due to this i was confused to open a new account also, because of this confusion I am paying so many risks, sir please help me to avoid these situations, my present email address is mnacharyulu [email protected],
                                      Why am i getting no resources currently available in pool eticketing error in irctc app. This is happening for the 3rd time. And it started only few weeks before. Before that I used to book properly. Kindly resolve the issue or help me.

Reached out to IRCTC at multiple avenues but insufficient responses were provided. The booking was cancelled on 14th December 2018.

                                      Though IRCTC has made refund but the amount is not appearing in my bank account.

                                        I am traveling in durg nizamuddin humsafar train pnr no.[protected] b5. Coach. I have reached bilaspur but coach attendant not provided beddings he suggesting to complain irctc. Yesterday i was called to irctc customer care regarding my ticket inquiry but customer care person also not responded. He disconnected my call. I have never seen such liberal attitudes of irctc persons.
