Hello there,

Please note that i tried booking through irctc on 4th of july through
Payzapp as payment gateway through bharat qr code with transaction id [protected]. The amount was debited from my bank account and was also confirmed by the payment gateway i. E payzapp and is not returned yet by irctc.
I have contacted irctc n number of times but the problem is not solved yet. Its almost 2.5 months since...

With due reference, I am writing you here that I have booked a ticket from my irctc account on dated 4th of Sept. 2018 for my father Mr. Madan lal and my mother Mrs. Anjala. PNR number of the above mentioned ticket is "[protected]". Prior to 2 days of my journey I got to know that train has been diverted from their original route and so I called to 139 customer service related to same.
I got a message from 139 that I need to cancel...

Ordered food through e catering website initially it was mentioned cod, after confirming order there was an online option .I have paid through wallet . It was reflected same in the order status too . I have booked ticket for travel from Karur to Chennai Egmore for the travel date Aug 17, 2018. The train got cancelled partially from Mangalore to Trichy and was only operated from Trichy to Chennai. Hence I was unable to continue my travel through train. Still I have not received any refund amount yet. When I raised a query, it was said that the train was not cancelled. Dear irctc,

We had a horrible experience during our travel (Pnr:[protected]) with my family of 2, my wife & my 2 year old son.

Issues:

(A) filthy toilets & uncleaned washroom
(B) un-serviceable bed sheets & linen which was stinking
(C) cockroaches roaming around
(D) drunk vendors roaming inside the cabins
(E) ac was kept at too high (My kid fell sick) even after...

Today ruposibangla bangla express stop in two station, first one is in jhati pahari second one is in kustaur. I want to ask the government why? Why you bear all this train. If can not maintain proper timing, then what is the need of sf train. One option is there if you can not maintain timing then give money back to the customer.
There should be one rule :in every second (Delay) railway department should pay penalty money to the customer....

I booked mumbai cst retiring room against pnr no. S [protected] or [protected] thru the irctc website and paid the amount rs. 2793 on 4th march 2016 for 12th april, 2016. We booked 2 rooms but when reached cst station then we were told by mr. Kishore ninke (Dss) that they cannot provide us 1 room as it is closed for some reason. We were not informed about this and it caused us great inconvenience...

i am unable to login to my irctc account. Already my account is being linked with aadhaar and everything got verified earlier. But now, as soon as i login to my account, i am redirected to another page for verification of mobile number and emailid.

i am unable to enter details into the disabled text box for re-verification also. Kindly do the needful.

Hi support team,

My train from errnakulum to bangalore was diverted from trivendrum and it didn't reach to errnakulum on 17th aug due to flood situation.

So i had filed a tdr for ticket refund and even after 23 days, my tdr request is not resolved and i have not got my ticket refund yet.

When will i get my ticket refund?

On 18th of august i booked a ticket from irctc app and the money 820/- deducted but ticket not booked. There are 2 failed transactions on my account for the same date on 18th of august 2018.

I have booked 2 tatkal tickets today morning and money from my card got deducted but on irctc site it is still showing as pending from bank.
Checked with bank today online and found that money has been deducted but irctc still showing pending from bank.

Howrah purulia sf express.. I repeat sf express. I am a regular passenger of this train. This train is always delay. Our nonsense cm should look this issue very seriously. Otherwise public can launch a new shri like momotashri. If she can not take this as a serious problem, then please leave your position. We are surving a lot. Please take necessary action as soon as possible, otherwise the remaining seats will also gone....

During online booking of tickets on the app irctc, there are purposely technical errors called for from the other side that is the operator, and the money gets deducted but no ticket is booked. Also, it will not show in failed transactions. Later on, neither are any refunds givens.
Normal ticket cancellations don't get even 3/4th of refunds, how possibly can u think the operator or the middlemen sitting in government job office is...

On 5th september, i booked my ticket, money gets deducted from my account but the booking status is not booked.No pnr was given to me.Please resolve it quickly, either issuye me the ticket or refund my money as soon as possible.I tried consumer helpline no but its out of order.Its totally the unfair practice from the part of irctc.It has wasted my time a lot....

The final status was WAITING for all passengers in the Ticket after Chart Preparation. This resulted to Auto Cancellation of the Entire ticket. However, I got a partial refund of Rs 650, whilst ticket charge was Rs 950. I am a expecting a full refund in this case as per refund rules present in http://contents.irctc.co.in/en/refundrules.html
