I have booked ticket on ircrtc.co.in costing amount of 3880 on 08 oct 2018. The bank was sbi and payment gateway was payu money. The transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account.

I have raised this issue to payumoney. But their reply is — "hi pradeep, your transaction"[protected]"is successful at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the services/refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly in order to get the status at their end."

My transaction no is [protected].

Message form bank - thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx1718 for a purchase worth rs3880.0 on pos irctc1117198 at www irctc co in txn#[protected].

I request you to please look into the matter and let me know when and how i will get the refund for my debited money of rs.3880/- for the failed transaction.

    I have booked retiring room/dormitory for the above pnr with the transaction ids. The payment was settled and deducted from my bank account. But i have neither received the booking confirmation nor the payment is refunded. Pleas arrange to confirm the retiring rooms/dormitory for the above transactions at the earliest as my journey date is fast approaching. If booking can't be confirmed may please arrange for the refund of payment.

    Booking failed but money deducted.
    I booked for a ticket to Chennai through paytm in IRCTC..
    But finally booking was failed due to some issues. But they deduct money from my account. So what is the possible day to return my money?

    I forgot my user id and password but i remember my email id [protected]@gmail.com.. please help me out as early as possible...
    I, Rushi Karad booked a ticket from Nasik to Pune on 18th September and used a debit card and the money was deducted and still the transaction shows pending from bank side. It has been almost 10 days and the money is not yet refunded. Repay the amount for the inconvenience caused on your side.

      I'm a user of irctc and i have an issue related to user account and i tried to call the support team which was mentioned in the irctc website.

      Those team is not at all responding and after a lucky call connecting they will not even talk to us and will hang up call immediately. They don't even know english basics, so they can't reply back. This wastes a lot of people time and it's disappointing services by irctc.

      I have all call recordings and call logs when i made a calls to irctc today. So please let me know how to resolve this issue.

      Ruposibangla exp has stopped in between prl to anara everyday.It is really embrasing for us.We asked our govt that what is the nesecity of SF train.If it can not maintain the proper time.Railway Dept should give penalty money to the customer if this situation happened again and again.

        I was travelling by the above train and i including many co-pasengers found the temperature very low. After the train started in the morning almost all passengers have to ask for their blanket and bedrolls. The first t. C. Was asked, nothing happened after his assuarance, in the afternoon second t. C. The same thing. The attendent said unless mechanic comes nothing can be done. Finally in the evening when some more passengers complained the temperature was put to bearable condition.

          I have booked a flight (Delhi to raipur) at 6 september 2018. While i was paying online my total payable amount was 4273. Suddenly error message came and amount 4273 got deducted but the transaction was not successful. Again i did a transaction and completed my booking successfully. I have request many times to irctc to refund my 4273 rs which was deducted first but they have not given me a satisfactory response. Even there toll free no is useless and there is nobody to pick up the phone. Kindly help me as its been over one month but i have not received my extra debited amount.

            Dear irtc,
            I have filed a tdr request for pnr - [protected], registration number[protected], transaction id - [protected]
            Train (12818 - jharkhand express) was running around 4hrs 30mins late and reached boarding station (Bksc) at 6:15pm (Actual departure time - 01:55pm), my next train was from hte to pune at 08:00pm (22846 - hte pune exp) so i opted out to travel through train and filed tdr request at 10:00 am (4hours before my departure time).
            Reason - train delayed more than 3 hours and passenger has not traveled,
            For the same in irctc against my ticket and the status was turned to cr registered, but amount is yet to be refunded.
            Please help me to get this resolved.

              I tried to booked ticket through irctc app by bhim upi my account has been debited amount rs 400/-upi ref no[protected]and in my bhim app status showing is approved but in irctc app its showing no response from the bank. My money has been debited but ticket not booked.

              I request you to look into the matter as i urgently need to book ticket.

                it shows "pending from bank end" while money deducted from account

                I booked a train ticket in 15273 (Satyagrah express) on 08/10/2018.
                However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. I have used paytm wallet to pay and payment was successful yesterday only. Status is not still clear, so i can not book another ticket.

                Pnr [protected]. Booked retiring room through irctc at manmad. Money deducted from axis bank bank. But transaction failed. Tried again. Irctc showed on the laptop screen that "booking exists for pnr [protected]". Tried booking history. Did not find booking. Tried failed transaction. Did not find any mention. Checked mail. Found no mail from irctc about booking or failed transaction. No mobile message was also received. Kindly help.

                The booking was made in the name of Mrs.Prativa Kalyani Biswal a lady of 69 years.The date of booking was[protected].IRCTC service sequence No. is 384612.

                      Hello,
                      While making payment for a ticket, because of poor internet connection it showed "payment pending with bank side". Again i booked the same ticket and i booked it ticket successfully. But after that, the one which is pending with the bank side is not showing up anywhere (Booked history, last transaction, or failed transaction) in the website. But money got withdrawn from bank. Now i dont even have its transaction id to lodge a complaint or to cancel it. Kindly solve this asap.

                        I booked following two tickets in past week, there status was a waiting list as mentioned below. Why complete money is not refunded, i did not get the waiting cleared, why additional amount is deducted? Why should i pay the fine for booking if waiting is not cleared? Please, give me my money back. It didnt cancelled the ticket, i dont know why irctc cancelled it, though it was not cleared.

                            The tdr refund case has been registered with[protected] on[protected]:21:17.082 and forwarded to the chief commercial manager/refunds null to process refund through enhanced coaching refund system of indian railways (Ecrs) under the present commercial rules. The details of the eligibility etc. Of tdr refund is given in the indian railway refund rules https://www.services.irctc.co.in/betaDoc/Amendments_RefundRules_2406.pdf.

                              Booked ticket in farakka express (13483) for journey on 26.09.2018 from barh to varanasi jn (Bsb). Pnr no is [protected]. Train route was diverted from boarding station. Tdr was filed on 26.09.18, 06:04:43 hrs with transaction id [protected] against the above ticket with reason 'train route was diverted and passenger didn't travel'. It was repudiated by irctc. Details of booked ticket and train diversion status from national train inquiry system web portal are attached herewith.

                                I am a middle class person who wanted to book ticket online in irctc website. I have 5500 in my account. Ticket cost is 4400. Because of preference issue ticket was not booked but money got deducted. It is mentioned that u will receive in 7 working days. But tickets wont be available after 7 days. How can i book ticket without sufficient money in my card. This is very bad. If ticket is not booked they should give the money back immediately. Everybody wont be having lakhs in their cards. Please consider my complaint.

                                  Hi, i am from overseas and i had to pay to receive an otp to my mobile so that i can activate the irctc account. I needed this account to book train tickects. I paid once and several weeks later, as i did not get any positive response, i had to open another account with another phone number. I paid again. Now that my indian trip is also over and i never got the otp, i want my money back. Both of them. My user ids are kayals3 and ksingaranathan.

                                    And i have cancelled on 25-9-18, it show me refund amount of rs.140 among total fare of rs.260.

                                      Dear sir/madam
                                      I am unable to login every time i try to do so i have a message from microsoft edge saying that your server says i am a mapps/client. Sometimes it just does not recognise me and says wrong details

                                      . My system on my pc is windows 10.
                                      I have been given an otp no
                                      Also i have been given a mobile verification code code
                                      As yet i have not been able to use these numbers as i cannot login

                                      Have tried using the care lines and they are either busy or the ring tone starts and then the line goes dead

                                      Is there a number that i could ring on this problem as without it i cannot use irctc to travel on a rail tour next year for 6 weeks which i wanted to do with my wife

                                      Please can you help in this matter or must i use an agency like cleartrip which has a conventional airline style booking system which seems more user friendly.
