I have filed TDR and my TDR refund is approved by irctc on 2nd of February 2023, and till today i haven't received my refund amount back it's very pathetic service by IRCTC. As irctc is nation pride and we all have believe for it's services but day by day the services are getting down for tdr returns it's costing up 90+ days ?...

Reason: Train was late more than three and passenger not travelled . I filed TDR for all passengers did not travel in the train.
But now...

Out of three tatkal waiting ticket only one was confirmed. Partial confirmed ticket resulted that no one travelled. Now irctc rejected my tdr and did not gave refund for a single rupee. I should be given back the three ticket money.
Not this, at least the two non confirmed waiting tickets should be refunded....

My train tickets on 17th feb (LUCKNOW to Gaziabad) was cancelled to seats waiting but my refund money is still refunded back to me. I have even lodged complaint to the mentioned company customer service but there is still satisfactory information provided....

I was traveling from CLT to KYJ on 19 March 2023 1:45pm in janashadapthi express train no. 12075. In the platform no.4 a Railway catering stall with Reg no. CLT/122 is serving very bad and spoiled food. I brought 2 samosas and both are spoiled and causing omitting temptation. Please take necessary action to reduce such kind of food poisoning situations....

The same order was delivered on Time in Coach No. A1. But The Quality is not Good or even not up to the Standard of IRCTC in respect of all three Items. I booked the retiring room online at Ahmadabad Junction for dated 04/04/2023 the said booking and online amount paid on 10/03/2023.
