IRCTC wallet recharge failed.
I have complained many times.. wrote email, called​ customer care service.
No one is responding.
I have deposited money in IRCTC wallet. But transaction failed but Money deducted from account.
Now plz resolve this issue.
How many times I should request.
No body giving straight answer.
I am attaching the pdf of my bank transaction now plz see these transactions i[censored] can.
And credit money.

    I booked a train ticket for travel on 09th June, 2018 from Baroda (BRC) to Mumbai Central (MMCT). Since the train was late by more than three hours, I cancelled the ticket & filed a TDR for refund of ticket money (amount Rs. 1075) on same day (Transaction id : [protected]).
    Its been more than a month & I have not yet received the refund amount.
    I request you to kindly look into this matter & refund me the ticket amount as soon as possible.

    My username used for booking of ticket is "makrand137". Also attached is the screenshot of TDR status with complete ticket details.

        Tried to book a tatkal ticket from bangalore to sagar .. amount of rs. 770 is deducted from account but tickets are not booked.. status shows as pending from bank end in the irctc website.. neither received a message about refund from irctc or the bank..

          I faced a problem while booking a ticket now on irctc.co.in from datia (DAA) to H NIZAMUDDIN(NZM) for 18 JULY 2018 in 12279 TAJ EXPRESS

          After entering the details, I made the payment using SBI net banking. After making the payment I got the message that the session is expired.

          I checked my SBI bank transactions and I can see a payment of 321/-. However when I see the list under "Booked Tickets" on the website, I dont see any reservation made.

            tatkal ticket is booked in w/l even we selected option as "book only if confirm berths are allotted"

            Hi,

            As per my experience while booking Tatkal tickets, if we select option as "Book only if confirm berths are allotted". Ticket wont book in Waiting List and will ask option as after payment deducted from account. if we click on if will book in W/L and click on it wont book it in W/L. Amount will be credited in beneficiary account within 3 - 5 days. But in New layout it's not happens even we selected option as "Book only...

              I have filled TDR for one of my journey as per details given below.

              Train Name : CSMT KRMI SPL
              TDR Filling date : 25 dec 2017 01:38HRS

              Reason for which i have filled TDR is the train was delayed by 8hrs from originating station and railway inquiry has announced for refund. I have E-ticket so on inquiry window i have been told to file TDR so at that time only i have filled TDR. and then i have taken flight because of personal urgency but till the date i haven't got refund from indian railway.

              I have complained to IRCTC they are saying Konkan railway is responsible and from inquiry window i have been told to file TDR online.

              I need my refund back

              I can not cancel the ticket.No log in and password needed to open irctc.co.in, automatically it opens for booking tickets. No option is available to cancel ticket through mobile. Now I am in outstation so shall I cancel my ticket and get the refund well in time?
              I tried to book tickets through irctc application and the ticket was not confirmed but money was bedited from the account.
              The service of rajdhani catering of coach B8, train no 12302, is very poor. There were no proper timing of service and cleanliness
              The quality of food is also very low.
              Paying such high fare for the journey and there were low grade treatment. Very disappointed.

                I have refund related issue from last 2 months..my refund has not done yet as it has been two months completed for this..i called customer care for this they said to email the account statement of wallet.. I did it by three times..there is no reply by their side then I called once again to customer care and executives of customer care rejected my call three times while talking instead of solving my problem..I called again then the senior executive kept me on hold for 27 mins still I couldn't reach to that person.. Very disappointed..kindly take action else I've to take action against it..

                    they said i will get refund within 3-4 days
                    but even after 11 Days i havend recieved Amount in my Bank Account

                    The new website is absolutely a disaster!! People are facing really hard time to login into their own account and cancelling a ticket is really a mess without being able to login to your account. Please revert back to the flow of old website with the design of new website if possible. Please fix the login issue.

                      I recharge Rs/-200 UTS R wallet through pay TM, dated 10th july 2018 at 07:08:31 a.m. from my United Bank of India savings account.The recharge was unsuccessful. But Rs/-200 has been debited from my
                      ubi account. But the money are not refunded in my account. Then Rs/- 200 has been debited from account, if also Rs/-200 recharge was unsuccessful.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I, along with my family, travelled from svdk to gwalior in 12920 malwa express on 14-07-18. My ticket was in rac (b3 and b5). However, I boarded the train in b3 & b5 coach and there were several others in the coach who were having waitlisted ticket and many with ordinary unreserved tickets.

                        While Ticket Collector, Mr mahesh kumar, checked the tickets found few of the confirmed ticket passengers absent. But, instead of alloting the vacant seats to the waitlisted passengers, he alloted the seats to ordinary ticket holders who handed him some monetary benefit. Seat no 6 of coach b3 is one such case. There were few more cases like that, though I 'm not able to recollect the seat nos. correctly.

                        When I noticed this, I questioned him his actions. But, he tried to evade himself.but still he provided seats only to those who passed him monetary benefits.

                        All this is being faced by many other passengers day-in and day-out. Would senior officials notice this someday and take actions against such corrupt employees? Journey from svdk ( katra )to gwalior was just 17 hrs, so travelling without proper seat was a very bad inconvinience. But when TC actions like Mr mahesh kumar (TC for coach b3&b5), then it hurts badly.

                        I would plead some top officials to take serious actions against Mr mahesh kumar, not because I faced lot of inconvience, but to better the system.

                          Hello am very much angry with irctc. I was having train from pune on 13-07-18. Ticket was booked from mas chennai boarding point was at pune. 19419. At 12th i got msg that train is rescheduled and its late. It started journey from mas 5.30 morning 13 - 07-18. Pune it has to reach around 12 midnight. U know its 4.30 am 14th july. Still am stuck in pune platform and announcement its still of 4.40. What a BS 11 hrs late.. Why why..

                            During booking of railway ticket online by using my irctc ID madhob23, I have been charged with the fare of Rs 4025 from my credit card thrice without issuing ticket on 13/07/2018.
                            The fact is that a passenger may opted for lower, middle or upper berth at the time of booking and aIccordingly I have put my options in consonance with the age of my family members. But after making payment of the fare the site cancelled my booking (but credit card charged) with showing message as "Choice of at least 1 lower berth not met".
                            However when I contacted irctc customer care they told me that lower berth might not have been possible to allot and the fare charged will be credited to my account within 3 to 4 days.
                            Now my grievance is that if a passenger can not be alloted to a specific berth then why not it be known/checked during the very process of booking instead of charging and making known it thereafter.
                            Therefore I request the authority concerned to look into the issue seriously by considering the inconvenience faced by a large numbers of travellers whilst at outstation and losing their money though momentarily for 4, 5 days.
