Undersigned asked for Bread Omellete (2 eggs). The catering staff asked for Rs.50/-. However, the list price on IRCTC’s website is Rs. 35/-. Another catering staff also asked for Rs.50/-. On being asked why is he overcharging he simply replied “net vet mat dekho, Lena hai toh Rs.50/- mai lo†and walked away. Similarly, the catering staff was overcharging for Poha and Bread cutlets too.
Undersigned is travelling by Train No.12215 having PNR: [protected] and boarded the train at Delhi Sarai Rohilla Rly Stn. The train starts from Delhi Sarai Rohilla at 9:20AM. Now, please advise how can a person get breakfast at list price on moving train and not succumb to such corruption practices.
Kindly look in to the issues being faced by the Indian Railway Passengers and provide a suitable solution for the same.
Looking forward for a swift and appropriate response.

Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have my login account with IRCTC. With the new web site, I am not getting my booked ticket history from where I normally retrieve my ticket and print whenever necessary.
I am even unable to go to the old web page where in this option was easily available and very useful.
Pls. guide me on top urgent basis.
