I had cancelled a ticket through IRCTC website on 14 April 2018, the ticket having PNR is [protected] . but yet refund is not issued to me .IRCTC is neglecting the issue .I had called so many times to IRCTC CUSTOMER CARE, but they are not giving the proper reply. Sir, please, I am requesting you to refund me as soon as possible.

    I have registered my for on line railway ticket booking with www.irctc.co.in but I could not get the site opened for on line ticket booking as I had lost memory of its USER ID & Passwards.. I request you kindly to cancel all existing registration for on line ticket booking through irctc so as to enable me to register afresh for on line railway ticket booking.or send link site for registration to my e-mail address [protected]@gmail.com

      I Ordered food through IRCTC e-catering app and paid in advance (online). However, neither food was delivered nor money was refunded even after passing several months.

        Ticket not booked amount deducted. The problem is repeated twice hence money deducted twice through bhim upi payment linked with sbi account and booking was going through irctc. Both of the payments screnshot uploaded below. Plz resolve as soon as possible.

          I had booked a ticket from IRCTC app through UPI ID on 3rd July. The ticket was not booked and the payment got deducted from my card. Please let me know the Refund status and issue me the full refund for the same.

          I am a daily passenger on swarna Rekha (Dhanbad to tatanagar)express. The trai timing is not good everyday.Today it already gone beyond the limit.I have to join duty in time.But due to too much delayI am unable to join office timely.Please take necessary steps as soon possible.

            Hi support team,
            I have booked a ticket from rmu to jrc for amritsar mail
            Date of journey was 7th may 2018.
            For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and the passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr for the same in irctc against my ticket and the status was turned to cr registered, but the amount was not refunded yet.
            I am not sure what else i might be missing to get amount refunded. Please let me know what i can do further or else you can drop a mail to khushboo. [protected]@gmail.com

            I am traveling in S-6 in train no:-12473 on 30 june 2018. Tte is taking bribe from WL and giving seat to them but we are RAC we have not given any seat but according to the rule first RAC should get the seat TTE IS TAKEN BRIBE . THAT IS OUR INDIAN RAILWAY.
            I didn't received my refund after cancellation of my ticket.. it almost more then 1month now...

              I am using irctc web for ticket booking for the past many years. Initialy from laptop. For the past two years i am using my phone for irctc web and book tickets also. But for the past 10days when i am trying to login to my account again and again it displays for username and password. Please do the needful to solve the problem or guide me to solve the problem.                 The number shared by irctc for customer's support is non-functioning.
                Irctc doesn't accepts money from rupaye card which is an indian payment gateway and that's a failure of digital india. Even if they do accept then they mark the payment method as paytm which later creates problem during refund. Irctc's servers fails during tatkal booking. They have been in ticketing and other businesses for a long time now and they could have upgraded their server but it doesn't seems that they have intentions to do that or may be they are creating these server issues on purpose to benefit agent. Not sure but they might be the case and only government could find that out.

                  I booked my ticket to travel on 2nd July 2018 by Pallavan super fast express 12606 from SRGM to MS with WL 123.On 2nd JUly 2018 at 5.00 AM WL status was 11 after chart preparation.I checked PNR status SMSto 139 found same.I was travelling at D4 coach.While travelling coach TTE informed me this is considered as cancelled for online booked tickets and insisted me to produce ticket or pay penalty.As I had no information or SMS message from IRCTC regarding cancellation of ticket.Due to negligence of IRCTC I was forced to getdown from the train or pay penalty because my case considered as travelling with out ticket.My Ticket cancellation information received only 3 rd July 2018 at 1;46 PM and amount will 80 will be refunded to my account in 3-4 days.In this i would like to inform IRCTC since my ticket cancellation information not received before my boarding/travel time from SRGM I am not fault. IRCTC should allow me to travel with same WL ticket.Due to negligence of IRCTC I faced great difficulties to by new ticket and to travel late with different trains.So IRCTC should refund my entire ticket fare of 140 with suitable compensation due to inconvenience caused to me.

                    I am an old customer of irctc and use to book my tickets on line. On 26th june 2018 when i opened the irctc i was surprised to see a new format where log in is not required. After selecting my booking preferences when i clicked book button then the log in page appeared and further booking was done easily. But there was no sms or e mail confirmation. I donot know how to cancel the ticket or to make changes to my profile. There is no guide/ tutorials. You should not make sudden changes without proper information and guidance. No update is available about this change in internet. Kindly provide details of how to operate the new system.

                      I have booked 2 railway tickets through IRCTC mobile app but after the confirmation of payment page got blank for 15 min and my money got debited INR 721/- from my account but my ticket was not booked and when I was checked my account statement the I got remarks in narration column ''[protected]- PAYTMIRCTCECATERING'' and reference number not received on mail and transaction date is 01/07/2018. Train name is Devagiri Express from Kalyan to Nizamabad but still my money is not credit back so please arrange refund as soon as possible...

                        I booked a dormitory at vskp vide pnr no [protected] on 14.6.2018. For 20.6.2018. Three (3) times my amount was deducted each rs. 155 /_ (155*3=465/-) but room not booked. On 26.6.2018 amount of rs.155 /-was credited in my account. Balance of the due amount rs 310 /- is not credited to my account till now. Please expedite mmediately

                          Sir i was booking a ticket on irctc. While booking my ticket the money got deducted two times but ticket was not booked. It is now over 15 days and i am not satisfied with the effort irctc. Please help me as soon as possible.. I am giving pdf of my transaction.. Please help sir. My money was debited on 16/06/2018.

                            I was cancle my irctc ticket. And ticket also cancle through irctc. Irctc refund my money on 24th jun 2018. But monet is not transfer my account through your bank.                                 The food quality was miserable and it should be improved. It is not at all worth it. Also, i would like to know how can a real estate company provide catering services. Totally unacceptable. Please take some actions to better it. Also, when asked for complaint book it was delayed so that we can not raise this. I would like to know what action is taken.

                                        I'm currently travelling (1st july, 2018) in train no. 12504, humsafar express, coach b6, 3ac. It has departed from howrah at 12.40 pm. The air conditioner of this coach is not working properly and it has not been fixed despite several complaints raised to the worker. It's a 28 hours long journey and even more for some other passengers. This kind of inappropriate service does not justify the expenses we have spent for the ticket.
                                        I request for prompt action to the authority.
