Not receiving otp in irctc rail connect app to verify user and log in....

As train was late/rescheduled for more than 10hr so i filed TDR
but my TDR got rejected as showing not filed within given timestamp.
As per rule for train late by more than 3hr TFR is valid.

please help me to resolve this issue.

Rs.1000/- was deposited in IRCTC E-wallet vide Order ID [protected] & UPI Ref No.[protected].
This particular transaction is showing 'Failed' in IRCTC statement. Copies attached. Please advice about the procedure....

The train never prepare its chart even if the time of departure is there it never shows up the chart to the passengers...

I used my Paytm for recharging R Wallet o[censored]TS mobile app( Under IRCTC).The money is debited but the money is not credited to my R Wallet. Please resolve this issue

Sir I cancelled a counter ticket on your website. I got the msg after cancellation.
"PNR [protected] has been cancelled. Collect refund amt 60 from journey commencing station or nearby satellite PRS locations as per notified time.-IRCTC"
No refund was given at nearby PRS location, mentioning that you are allowed to collect the money from Journey station only. While as per above msg they should refund me my money after collecting...

With due respect i complaint about retairing staff ( Dinesh Bhai) at dwarka railway station who take money and give the Dormatry room. When I refused this type of behave, he says " mai railway staff hu aap kuchh nhi kah sakte hai" .

PNR -[protected] I booked a ticket on 24rd Nov from the railway counter and did the payment using @PhonePe, cancelled the ticket from the counter on 18th Dec, and am yet to receive the refund.
