I had booked my ticket (On 25th march, 2018) for travelling from jammu to pune in jhelum express (11078) on 27th may, 2018.
Pnr: [protected]
At that time status was rac 10, 11, 12 and wl1 for 4 seats
When i check my pnr status now, it shows "error! Flushed pnr / pnr not yet generated"

I have the printed copy of the ticket booked. Please look into the matter.

    We have boarded our train (Train no-22824) travelling from muri to bhubaneswar. The train is running late by 7.30 hrs. On asking for lunch, the catering staff has outrightly and rudely denied giving us our meal. Kindly look into the issue and reimburse our meal expenses if it cannot be served to us.

      I was trying to book a Coromandal express train ticket from BZA to MAS on May 10th, but after payment was successful, I didn't receive any booked ticket. I've attached a screenshot of money debited, but the ticket has not been booked on IRCTC app. I hereby request refund of Rs. 1130/- as soon as possible. My account details are:

        I did the reservation on 10/5/18 in shramshakti (12451) and i got waiting ticket then on the same day i cancelled my ticket by irctc window (Counter cancellation) at 8:30pm on the travel day and train timing was 11:45pm. I talked the irctc and read all the rules about cancelltion after look at the rules, i got the info that prs counter will refund the money after deducted their cancellation charges (60 bucks) but today i went at prs counter then they told me that they can not refund the amount.
        Then, i talked to irctc helpline, these guys disconnected my call (One of the pathetic customer service experience) and even they dont know about the single rules and they were having lack of product knowledeg because they were unable to provide my the info.
        Niw, i want my refund because when i cancelled it on irctc refund amount was reflecting but prs counter person unable to fulfill my refund and as well as requirements.
        I will attach my ticket below then you guys can easily look at the issue
        Please verify from your side and help me. This help from your side will help lot of people in india who travels everyday.

          I had cancelled three railway tickets on 19th april, 2018. I had booked the tickets through irctc website and cancelled through the same. But i have not received the refund yet.
          The same thing happened last time also when i had booked railway tickets through kmb and not received the refund almost till after a month.
          This time around also i had booked the tickets through kmb via debit card and cancelled them but i did not receive the refund amount in my bank account.
          I have already placed a complaint with consumercomplaints.in but no action has yet been taken. I request you to take my complaints seriously and respond to them asap. All the details of the cancelled tickets have been provided in my previous complaint.

            Dear sir,
            I was booking train ticket from nizamuddin (Nzm) to katni (Kte) for date 02.04.2018 and payment done from
            Netbanking of central bank of india. Money of rs. 2960 got debited from account but transaction failed. Also
            Checked in booked ticket history but transaction failed showing for transaction id: [protected].
            Please refund my money of rs 2960 debited through netbanking of my account. It is more than 1 month now still i've not got refund

              I had paid for the irctc ticket booking via upi and payment gateway of razorpay. It seems that my payment was successfully delivered to razorpay bt didn't reflect in ticket booking as amount from my bank account is deducted. Please initiate the refund process as early as possible.

                Dear sir,
                Since 12 days i have cancelled my e-ticket but till niot refund in my account why this made. I am totally stressed mentally.
                New customer care no cant receive call. When call them they are busy and not connecting call. Even when call is connected there problem is to low our server call after some time.
                So i am totally mentally strssed for themselves. Refund amount is 4370

                    I feel shame for indian railways. As per railway timing, trains are not arriving on schedule. Most of north karnataka trains from bangalore are delayed with 1 hours (60 - 80 mins). Example hubli passenger, golgumbuz express etc. After bjp government came into power, few months trains were on time. But again nowadays trains are delayed as per congress regime. Whatever government i don't care, i paid my money and i want proper service.

                    If you have work ethics or if you believe in work is worship. Do your job proper else go n sleep in your home. Let youngster take control n do proper jobs in railways.

                    Shameless indian railways.

                      I wanted to delete my current irctc id and create a new irctc id with my existing email address and mobile number. I called customer care and they said that i can only do that by asking irctc to release my email id and mobile number from the data base. But when i called today to enquire about my request they denied giving information by saying that this facility doesn't exist. They constantly mislead me by giving wrong informations. And also customer care representatives deliberately disconnected my call or put me on hold for no reason.

                        Reference to irctc complaint ids : 8439546 and 172739

                        I booked two tickets last days (17-mar-2018) having pnr number [protected] and [protected].
                        The charges for these tickets were 190/- per ticket. And those were in waiting list status.
                        As we know, if these ticket were not confirmed by indian railways after charting, the e-ticket having wl status is considered as invalid tickets and these are auto-canceled
                        By railways. Also i received a mail "the refund amount of rs. 130 per ticket will be refunded back to your respective account shortly".

                        Why the railways has deducted 60/- per ticket as these tickets were booked online and auto canceled by railways only?
                        Is it fair to charge on wl e-tickets if railways itself cancels the ticket. What is our fault?
                        In first line i have mentioned irctc complaint ids. As they are not providing any proper reason for this and not replying to this concern.

                        Request you to please look into the issue.

                          On 8th may'18 i tried booking an online ticket through the official irctc android app (User id - vasu10j). Although the balance got deducted from my account but i didnt get any booking. Again i tried and got my booking done but i have not got any message regarding that refund amount.in my bank statement it shows that the amount has been debited for irctc.

                              Yesterday (08/05/2018) i travelled by chennai express from rameswaram to chennai in ac 3tier birth no.25, 26. There was no water in trichy station available to drink not even stall available to buy water bottle. When i asked for water from tea seller he said this is the state of affairs since many days.in case of any emergency for any patient travelling in train what will be his postion without water. I was running from one end of platform to other end to get water to no avail. Kindly make sure that atleast water bottle is available to purchase from stations.

                                I boked and ticket last year which i cancelled it also. Received a cancellation mail regarding the same. The total amount was rs.1890.
                                But till now i have not received the refund amount. When talked to the customer care, they asked me to wait. This issue is of 10th nov, 2017. Till now i haven't received the amount and the customer care is not answering.

                                  I booked this ticket before 3 months, so if i am trying to cancel this ticket in the irctc site, it is reflecting as "no records found" in the booked ticket history and even if i am putting all details like pnr number, train number, transaction number, it is not reflecting, still showing as "no records found" so i am not able to cancel the ticket. Please guide the next course of action to cancel the ticket

                                        My father name is r. Venkateswarlu, visited jabalpur for some work. He is a heart patient and senior citizen. We booked for a special train (01704) seat no 15 in b1 from jabalpur to hyderabad. Train starting station is jabalpur and suppose to come around 8 pm 8-05-18 came at 2 am 09-05-18. He requested every possible enquiry and no one knows about it. It was expected at 1st platform and inform suddenly announced at 5th platform with a short notice. We catched the train narrowly. Never expected, it came late after 6 hours though its starts from jabulpur. Once entered in b1 lights, fans, mobile charging, in toilets water not coming including the ac not proper from start. No one is answering the problems. All passengers were unable to use toilets. Toilets are dirty.in train the tc came to us checked the tickets and sat in a1. When we tried for attendants in three ac coaches no one sitting in his place. Then we approached the tc. He took us to the attendants where they are sleeping in a1. They had not given us blankets even. When complained about the problems to tc he woke up a mechanic. He could not able to solve the problem.in khandwa the problems will be attended - told by tc.in khandwa no support we got. Sweepers said no phnol to clean. We went to train drivers to stop the train until the problems in b1 not solved. But the drivers shouted us and abused with unparliamentary language. At akola also sanitary people told they do not have phenol. Duty tc requested to clean at least. The sweepers told in the train no duty for them. We after khandawa station on understanding from your mechanic took tools and shorted out the problems of lights, fans, mobile charging, tulu pump starting to get water in toilets. At itarsi station master, in train few railway employees told that the trains starting with zero are given on rental basis to private management. Now on paying huge ticket fare more than railways we are sorrow to say we are getting poor facilities and timing delay 6 hours at starting station. Its a mid hot summer all the passengers suffered at lot in our coach. Now why can not we demand our ticket fare refund for delay and worst services? Please give request to refund our tickets. Its a horrible experience through out the journey.
