    Complaint on issues on Vande Bharat

    I am traveling on the train Vande Bharat from Visakhapatnam to Vijayawada, and my PNR is [protected]. Unfortunately, the recliner on my seat is not working, which has caused me to experience a backache. Furthermore, the window has not been cleaned at all.

          I am a frequent Traveller in railways recently on 11th May I booked tickets in IRCTC Android and used phonepe autopay option for 2 tickets PNR-[protected] and [protected]), and today that is on 19 May 2023 my account has been debited four times like almost 1800(₹437.14× 4 times) rupees attach is the screenshots for your reference I would request you to please refund the money back to my account thank you.

            I cancelled an online ticket and have not yet received refund amount in my back account, despite receiving below email from IRCTC ([protected]@irctc.co.in):

            with reference to refund against PNR Number [protected] /IRCTC Transaction ID [protected], an amount of Rs. 4650.0 has been processed as per below details:
            Date of cancellation of E-Ticket/Date of failure of E-Ticket booking:29-Apr-2023
            Refund processing date:02-May-2023
            Refund amount:4650.0
            Refund reference no:[protected]
            Payment Option used : UPI (Powered By PayTM)

            I replied with a complaint email to [protected]@irctc.co.in on 12 May to which I have received no response. I am concerned that my refund amount will be lost if timely action is not taken by the concerned party.

            I request IRCTC to look into this matter and resolve the situation at earliest.

              Yesterday ( 18th may 2023 ) i recharged my uts r wallet for 200 rupees got credited from my bank account but my uts wallet shows 0 rupees as balance.
              In recharge history page its showing that recharge has been initiated but its been a week and also the money is not refunded yet.
              Please help.

                The complaint is regarding e-ticketing services by IRCTC. Their Tatkal booking services for A/C coaches starts at 10 and ends by 11 and SL ticket timing is after 11. I have used these services before as well. However, recently their website and mobile app gets down by the Tatkal booking time and it gets back after 15-30 minutes. By then, there will be no confirmed tickets available. I saw seven tickets available when I was trying to book, and also ticked the option for 'book only if confirmed seats available'. Even after doing so, I got booked for waiting list seats. If we cancel, they are looting a lot in the name of cancellation charge in the name of an unconfirmed ticket. This is a scam. If there is no tickets available, they should have shown any notification.

                How much money Indian Railways is making otherwise? After all that, they now started scamming people in the name of Tatkal e-ticketing. If they can't provide the service, why won't they cancel it? Why should we pay for tickets that are not valid for travel?

                  I would like to bring to your notice while travelling from Varanasi to Guwahati in Rajdhani 20504 17th May the food was not proper as they were suppose to provide.

                  1. In the morning only tea was provided no biscuits .
                  2. Before lunch there was no soup and soup sticks, while asking to the attendend he said now all this are not provided.

                        Today i.e on[protected] at 11:25 AM I have initiated an online transaction for a sum of Rupees Four Hundred and Fifty One rupees (Rs 451/-) in order to get deposited into my IRCTC eWallet account. I have done the transaction through Cred Pay Application on my mobile and the payment gateway used for such transaction was Paytm. Enclosing both of the screen shots herewith.

                        The payment was showing as successful on the Cred App and also my bank account was debited for the same but the transaction was not updated on IRCTC website and it was showing as a failed transaction. Upon enquiring the customer support from cred app they were saying that the amount was successfully received by IRCTC but the same was not reflected on IRCTC. enclosing all the relevant screenshots and transaction status pages. I request to please look into this matter and resolve my issue and refund my money back into my account.

                            I was filed my TDR before 5 hours of actual train departure due to train was late for 3.58 hours .I was properly follow the refund rules by Indian railways to filed the TDR but it was rejected by Indian railways. They given the reason that invalid TDR timestamp :DELAY.

                              Dear sir, i am Srikanth... I had booked a Retiring room in Guntakal Railway station for the dates 9th and 10th May 2023 my checkout time is 06:00hrs on 11th may 2023. I had a reservation for room no 1 (double bed AC). As per schedule My train reached Guntakal station at 23:15hrs and i went to Collect the key of my booked Retiring room...
                              The lady representative at the office told that the room no 1 is already occupied by some one and i can't help with that... After some augment with her by showing my Reservation slip she called her superior and informed him...
                              After some time they gave me room no 2...and they didn't even took my personal details before check-in.
                              Now starts the story...
                              I entered into the Retiring room and saw the worst situation...
                              1. The room was used by someone and it's very dirty.
                              2. The bed sheets on the cot were with dirty stains.
                              3. The bathroom was pathetic... very dirty.
                              4. The room is with full of bugs and insects.
                              5. There was leftover food on table and the room is with dirty smell.
                              Immediately i went to the office room but no one were there... The time is around 23:45 and there is no option for me to go out of the station...
                              I was at the corridor of the room outside with my luggage till morning 5:30hrs and went to the office and handover the key to representative and told my situation what I had faced.
                              Firstly... When I booked the room for 48 hrs that is from 06:00hrs on 9th may 2023 to 06:00hrs 11th May 2023...
                              How my room was given to another person when it is already reserved...
                              I did not checked in lately... I came to the station as per my train schedule...

                              Secondly how they can give me the used and dirty room...

                              Requesting the IRCTC to solve the issue.

                                On 06/May/2023 i deposited 300rs in my IRCTC UTI wallet from UPI, the amount got deducted from my bank but the UTI app said transaction failed. It's been 3 days now and I haven't got my refund. Please process my refund.
