I ordered food for my Mom dad who were travelling from Prayagraj in Kamayani express (train no. - 11072) on 18th Feb, 2023. They both are Deaf. I ordered from domino's at Satna station for them (order no.[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered at 10:40pm. Train was on time. First of all the service number provided at the food ordering page had no incoming service. I had no clue how to contact the store. Then, I got a call at 10.42pm...

Respect sir
With due respect i complaint about retairing staff ( Dinesh Bhai) at dwarka railway station who take money and give the Dormatry room. When I refused this type of behave, he says " mai railway staff hu aap kuchh nhi kah sakte hai" .

Sir my room details attached and unnecessary people at room photo also attached.

Counter ticket refund

My refund is not initated pls look into it
PNR -[protected] I booked a ticket on 24rd Nov from the railway counter and did the payment using @PhonePe, cancelled the ticket from the counter on 18th Dec, and am yet to receive the refund.

Irctc Mobile Verification Code NOT Received

Hello,

I live in Sweden. I registered an account to buy a train ticket 5 days ago. I use my Swedish mobile number for my account. I paid 100 INR (Rupie) for to verify my account - email and mobile number. Email verification worked out but mobile verification did not - I do not receive any SMS with a verification code. We sent email on 15th January, 2023, 0n the date of train delayed to eticket =proper place.

No Refund. My first email was sent to IRCTC on 15th jan, 2023 for the delayed train on 15th Jan itself. Their mail was also received on 15th Jan. All emails attached. TRD filed by them on 21st Jan. No refund-no Response. Kindly help.

Irctc Amount deducted from my Bank, but showing failed in E-Wallet

Rs.1500/- was deposited in IRCTC E-wallet vide transaction id:T2302150951451516044928
This particular transaction is showing 'Failed' in IRCTC statement. Copies attached. Please advice about the procedure....

Money debited from my account but not refunded

I had made two transactions of 400rs each but the transaction is showed as failed in IRCTC e wallet. The miney is debited from my account. I am expecting a refund. Thankyou. I have attached screenshots....

This is with regards to Ticket Id:[protected]. I requested a change of my registered mobile number and payment has gone through successfully. However, IRCTC site is only not providing option to book tickets despite screen showing message that email and mobile have been successfully verified. Further under account profile it only give option to log-out.

I dropped a mail on customer care id but of no help, its more than 10 days...

Catering team forcefully purchasing the food items

I Dr. Nagarjuna travelling in sabari express but unfortunately the catering team forcefully purchasing the food items. Catering person name kallu singh bearing mobile number :[protected]. I asked for 20 Rupees mirchi bajjis but he has given for 50 Rupees forcefully and quality of the bajjis also not good getting smell might be belongs to yesterday s food. Please take a action against these people....

"Invalid nationality" issue on profile update

Address:8A109, Kudi bhagtasani housing board, near Lucky international school,

I tried to book a ticket with saved passengers list. Then firm detail with gst was entered, which got stuck with "error: please enter proper flat/ door/block." I thought its solution thru its profile/ address update etc. But again new issue generated: "Invalid nationality" issue on profile update. Please guide on Chhajer.[protected]@gmail.com. I've stuck in booking, the travel date is approaching fast....

Inordinate delay in cancellation and refund

I had booked an international air ticket through IRCTC Air for an official tour (Transaction Id [protected]). After the airlines cancelled one of the segments, I had requested cancellation and full refund to IRCTC on 19th January, 2023. I was promised that I would receive the refund within 5-7 working days.

It has been more than 3 weeks since then and I have received no refund or explanation for the delay from IRCTC.

TDR not refunded

I had filed for a TDR (ID:[protected]) for my ticket in BBS Rajdhani scheduled to depart from Hijli on 10 jan with PNR:[protected], I waited for the train but it kept getting late so I couldn't travel and filled a TDR, the train was about 18 hrs late and I could not travel.I paid full amount of the ticket (₹1493) and didn't even travel.Now my irctc app shows TDR Repudiate as status and I have not received any refund. Please provide me...

UTS R-Wallet recharge issue

I had recharged R-wallet twice (1st 8th Jan, 2023 and 2nd 5th Feb, 2023) and money has been deducted from my bank account but the R-wallet is not credited with recharged amount yet.
Kindly Look into the matter as I am getting trouble to book the tickets.
