I had booked a ticket through irctc e-ticketing service in the train no.12503, agtl humsafar for journey from howrah to guwahati on 03.03.2018. Exp schedule of the train to leave bnc at 10-15 hrs on 02.03.2018 is rescheduled to leave bnc at 01.00 hrs on 03.03.2018. Accordingly, i cancelled my booking due to late departure of the train. But i am being refunded rs.1660 instead of rs.2215, the booking fare.

    Its been a week and still i haven't received my refund amount. I have tried calling all the customer care numbers available but there's no response. I'm not satisfied with the irctc services and its negligence in handling the issues faced by public is too bad.

      I am booked ticket on[protected] through irctc connect via razorpay payment mode selected but my ticket not booked but amount deduct form my account. When i saw irctc site u already refund amount to my account but still not refund in my account. Please revert asap. Please refund my amount in my account.

      I had booked a ticket from ten to tbm on 25 feb 2018. I got an error after payment and i was not refunded yet. But the status has an update of refunded. Kindly make grateful measures for the amount to be refunded. Else we may proceed via consumer court. My transaction id [protected] plzz refund my amount very shortly
      While registering as a new user I have given a wrong email ID and thus the system didn't allow me to verify the email and hence couldn't proceed further.
      Request you to remove the Data from database so I can create a new ID

        razorpay irctc payment failed but money deducted

        I have booked 3 ticket through irctc app but while payment i choosen razorpay upi payment and i opened tez app and paid rs 810. After successful payment in tez application, i opened irctc app but it was crashed and after that even ticket were not booked and it showed in failed transactions. But my money is deducted. Please resolve the problem

        I have entered wrong email id for my irctc account and now i cannot change it.
        The site does not provide a chance to change my email and now i cannot access my account. This makes it so much hard to book tickets now. Because my phone no. Is also entered so now i cannot even use my no. For other account. Correct email id is - [protected]@gmail.com. Wrong id entered is [protected]@gmail.com.

          Pnr no - [protected]. Passenger boardedthe train on gaya jn at around 11:30 pm & after few minutes staff came to ask whether passenger's food choice is veg or non veg but he never returned to serve the food.
          In morning when passenger asked about last night food, they gave a wired excuse like staff was newly recruited. What is this? Kindly register my complain.

          Train Name - Bhubaneswar - New Delhi Rajdhani Express
          A service charge of minimum RS.10 is being charged for every transaction of irctc .Even for a ticket of RS.100, the total fair goes up to RS.116, which is quite high.Plz provide some information if such charge is correct . If not, suggest possible solution.
          I have registered for irctc user and password long time ago. Now I want to booking Train Ticket through IRCTC but I unable to do every time. I want to rectify my user name and password. kindly help me.

            Train no 17326 bound to hubli from mysore is not moving as per time. It is worst than local passenger stopping at every station for crossing. Train is named as vishwamanava express & going worse than local. We will reach our destination ide 1.5hrs delay. By this time i should have reached my destination but still now 1hour pending. Very worst service by indian railways. Road way was better than train.

            Pls try to maintain time otherwise india will not develop. Midi alone can't improve india each & everyone should take care of the nation

                I tried to book tickets through irctc but somehow all transactions got failed and my money got deducted. I got refund for three transactions among 4. For one transaction i still didn't get refund, its already more than 12 days. I have sent so many mails to irctc ([protected]@irctc.co.in) but didn't get any response. Also tried to call customer care but that also of no use.

                Below is the transaction details, between these two i got refund for one but of which transaction id not sure because in bank account irctc transaction id is not there.

                  I found that irctc has started another website specifically for accommodation, hotels, tour packages booking. Yesterday i entered the website (Irctctourism.com) through irctc.co.in after my train booking for retiring room booking. But unfortunately i met with one of the worst website of nation level which is used to serve the people of india. After 100 odd attempts i finally managed to login but again after 10-20 attempts i managed to fill up the details. Not the end of this harassment but when i tried to pay online as the last step of booking the screen got blank and there no sms was sent to me. After around 30 minutes i got sms from my bank that they deducted the respective amount but there was no sms from irctc. However it's not my point to disclose here but i just want to say when indian railways, the biggest organisation of our country decide to serve people with some service but there is no plan to execute this smoothly. The quality of this website (Irctctourism.com) proves that. It is their duty to serve people not to harass them. So i earnestly request you to get the attention of irctc, which is the sole service provider of indian railways.

                    Sir my user id is rbskhushi and i purchase a ticket approx 21000 from this id but due to server error we are unable to login we are send lots of message from [protected]@irctc.co.in my first mail send to irctc on 30.01.2018 but today is 27.02.2018 and i am unable to login, no any executive are helping to us, please help me to use the user id rbskhushi. We already send a mail to irctc from our problem any i am tray to call customer care daily to resolve my problem but today pass already 29 days to my first complaint to irctc, for your reference i am mention all the complaint no received from itctc.

                      1) my pr no [protected]. Had order veg birayani from pantry but taste was very poor. Rate was rs.10 higher then the it cost rs.80.
                      2) my pr no [protected] was not confirm so cannceled and cancelation charge added to me 60 rs.

                      Then again i have to take general ticket of 300+ fine to get in resevation boggie 500 rs. (What it cost to me 860rs when actual ticket is of 540rs.) what arrangement you do when you notice (In pick day public is travelling more) train was completely full people are lieing on walking path of train compartment

                      You can arrange addtional boggies for passanger safety

                        I was traveling from mumbai to indore through avantika sf express (Train no.12961) in 3rd ac (Coach - b3-5) on 26th february 2017.
                        As per my expectations 3rd ac service of such a long route journey train should be very comfortable. But the journey was exactly opposite to my expectations.
                        The staff was very rude and does not provide all the services as per the guidelines.
                        Also the dinner was charged extra. As per the charges mentioned in ticket the veg meal should cost rs.50 but they charged 180 for single plate dinner.
                        And when i asked for the bill of that dinner, the attendent said no to the bill and said "khana ho to khaao varna rehne do"
                        Next morning when i asked him to give me a napkin which is included in bedding, he denid to give me the napkin and said to manage it by myself. Such behavior and extra unnecessary charges was not expected from a super fast express train attendent.
                        Will not travel in this train again. Very bad experience.

                            On 23-feb-2018 will booking ticket online every thing was correct, filled ticket booking form & then online payment by net banking also successfully done.
                            But after successful payment did not get any online ticket receipt & got below sms.
                            "an amount of rs 625.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 23-feb-2018 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered."

                            Kindly refund 625 rs, if ticket is "cancelled" then amount is refunded with 24 hours (Working days), why 3-4 working days for "booking failed on irctc",
                            Its totally irctc mistake & amount should be refunded quickly.

                                I have given a request to de-activate my user id and release my pan from the irctc website on 23th january 2018, but still there is no action taken on it. I have written many emails to customer care of irctc and each time i get a new complaint number

                                  Today (25 th feb18) i have booked a ticket, details is..

                                  From manmad (Mmr) to hubli (Ubl) d
                                  Date of journey is "26feb18", train number-17324

                                  But when i checked the status (Pnr-[protected]), that is showing "flushed pnr / pnr not yet generated". My charges has been deducted from my account then why it is showing "flushed pnr". If it cannot be confirmed then unnecessarily amount will be deducted if cancelled.

                                  Help please...

                                      I purchased a tatkal ticket in irctc app from khargpur to kalyan jn but transaction time money deducted from bank but ticket not booked. So i want my money back. When i online purchase ticket that moment server was slow that's why my ticket price deducted but ticket not booked. Please upgrade the system or people always depends upon agents.
