Today i m travelling to adrash nagar railway station to kurukshetra junction so i buy a ticket from adarsh nagar to kkrd junction with double check that emu ticket no.27138666 nd when we reached to station panipat we knw dat dis train is not going to kurukshetra since from last 2 month nd the lady staff on adrash nagar issued a ticket of kkrd, so we were going to complaint about it in panipat junction, the staff of dat junction sitted in enquiry office denied to gave complaint register by say dat u take ticket from adrash nagar so u have to file complaint there not here she is a lady staff (Clerk) in enquiry office after some argument she gave but when i was written my complaint them don't even sign on it nd jst tear the complaint sheet nd give it to me by saying we reached not authorised person to sign on it, railway staff doesn't have knowledge way they r saying or wat was the procedure so, i just need my money as a refund.

      I am using irctc personal user account from so many years. I have valid profile with verified mail id and verified mobile number. I am able to book tickets from so many years. Suddenly, 20 days back when i opened my account to book a ticket it has shown "please update your profile to book tickets". I was shocked by seeing that as my profile is up to date with mobile and mail id verified by irctc. Now what is this.

      Anyhow i went to my profile to update the details if any required, i was surprised that my mail id is missing there and my mobile number is missing.

      So i have entered my mail id and i have received the otp on my mail for verification. But when i enter the otp i received and click on "submit otp" it says "mail verification gets failed".

      Then, i have tried verifying my mobile number, i have entered it and received otp on my mobile and now it says same thing like mail "mobile verification gets failed".

      I am unable to use the account for ticket booking or else i am unable to register for new user also. Why is this irctc disturbing the profiles? And making user not able to book tickets.

      I have complained regarding this issue to irctc by mailing them. But no response received even after 3 days. Till now from past 20 days i am unable to book ticket and unable to update mail and mobile details as well.

      Irctc request you to resolve the issue asap.

        error while updating profile details

        I have tried to book my ticket in irctc online portal. When i have logged in to my irctc page i am receiving error message called "your profile is incomplete. Please complete your profile details in order to continue booking".

        So i have tried to update my profile again with my mail id and mobile no. I have received otp for both and i have updated in the portal but i am receiving error message of "verification got failed" even...

        Hello Sir / Madam,

        I have an IRCTC online account to book tickets. Yesterday when I tried to book a new ticket, I was redirected to update the profile.

        When I attempt to update the profile, it has many bugs, the email id and phone numbers are long time existing ones in the account but they are asked to re-enter. And it then demands to enter the OTP for both fields, when we enter the OTP correctly it still says that the OTPs are in correct. This problem is happening since yesterday 31st Jan 2018.

        Have any of you experienced similar problem, if yes please let me know the solution.

          The TDR filed against PNR Number [protected] with reason Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled. has been repudiated by system as per the Indian Railways Refund Rules https://www.services.irctc.co.in/betaDoc/Amendments_RefundRules_2406.pdf

          Reason for Repudiation/rejection:, AS PER CHART, PASSENGER HAS TRAVELED...

          As i told him that i had not traveled against above mentioned pnr number.

            I have booked a ticket on 11th jan through online from ern to mas for 12th jan. For the reason, train got delayed for more than 3 hours and passenger not travelled, i have filed a tdr on the same day. Although the status shown as cr registered in tdr history, my amount is not refunded yet. Please find the details below,

              I have been trying to book tickets through credit card. I saw transaction failed but the aforesaid amounts have been deducted from my United Bank of India account. I complained to the bank but nothing happened.
              kindly take necessary arrangement to return the amount in the Bank A/C

                Pnr : [protected] we have fight the whole night due to bedbugs in 3ac coach.
                Upon complaining to tte he said, its daily complaint and no one is taking care for it. Upon resisting multiple times, he called up some officer and reply was it will be taken care at daund jn but no one attended on pune jn as well.

                Due to this inconvenience, we lost our sleep for the whole night and got the infection in bonus.

                So i demand for full refund for the pathetic service which we got.

                When enters the otp for mobile number and email its throwing verification failed even though correct otp is entered bull [censored] I don't know who tested this...

                  I have booked ticket in tatkal quota on 27-01-18 but the transaction is canceled and amount is cut from my SBI account . I have paid through SBI net banking and payment gateway is mobikwik irctc says payment refunded to account but I am not receiving the canceled amount the amount is 490 rupees and I booked journey from tirupathi to secunderabad . so please resolve this and pls deposit my canceled amount to my bank account.

                    I paid for my ticket in karnataka express journey scheduled on 2 nd feb from delhi to jalgaon on 12th december. I did my transaction from axis bank savings account, my amount got deducted but ticket was not generated nor is the booking history. I got this reference number pur/irctc/delhi/irctc/seq no[protected]. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                      I had cancelled the ticket on 22.01.2018. And Refund amount of 1750 has to be credited to my account. But after 8 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 22.01.18 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below, ,

                        I have booked a tatkal e-ticket (Pnr no. [protected]) from raipur to thrissur using irctc connect on 19/01/2018. And it was cancelled due to non availability of seats.
                        I have paid the ticket fare (Rs.1900/-) using my debit card of my idbi account (A/c no [protected]). But still the refund amount is not credited.
                        And when i check theticket refun history, it shows that the amount (Rs.1780/-) was refunded to "paytmsdk" on 23/01/2018. But i have not any paytm account and i have transfered the fare from my idbi bank account only. So how did you refund the amount to paytm account.

                          I am unable to book any tickets from irctc website as its saying my profile is not updated where as i am using this account for booking tickets since a year.
                          Don't know how my personal info lost from website. Ok fine so i went to update the profile where i can see only email and phone information is lost which is mandatory fields, so i am trying to fill the details but your alert is so dangerous that once it appears on top of screen it won't leave and when succeed to fill email to asks for otp sent to my email and when i enters otp it says failed verification. I am fed up now, please fix this asap.

                            Hi, i am updating my profile because it is giving error your profile is not completed. When i am entering otp which was sent my mobile, it is not excepting while i am entering right opt.

                            Same as when i am entering otp which was received from email is also not accepting and giving error email otp is not verified.

                            Same as for mobile : mobile otp is not verified.

                            How can i update my email and mobile number at my profile. Please help us.

                              The train from Yeswanthpur to bidar 16571 is always running late by 1 hour to and fro journey.. As it is reaching late by 10:30 am, the passengers are missing the important day work for that day.. Kindly look into the matter and address it as early as possible for the better working and compliance with the railways.

                                  Hi I booked the train ticket for jan 11 th date from bangalore to dindigul last minute transaction was cancelled by irctc due to seat not available but payment will settled up . Still i dint received my payment rs. 385, i am using zaakpay pg gateway . He had debited in my account but still the didnt refund for my amount . Kindly help and resolve the issue

                                    Who tested IRCTC next generation ticket booking website...its displaying your Profile is incomplete.If you se what?? Email and Ph number fields are empty...if i hit emailid it asking to verify OTP and as phone number is empty is is showing that validation too, if i click ok and try to enter OTP unable to enter in Chrome and i thought it was compatablity or browser issue i opened IE 11 same thing but was able to enter email id but by the time enter my Email the OTP generated for mobile was not valid and it said OTP limit over for the day.Bull ###...what they tested in UAT also i don'r know and they have deployed in Production and this is how it is working.The alert message should close automatically or i should enter my OTP for any field first and the give me option to enter another...

                                    Very true, its a primitive website, don't know why they actually ask for login when every now n then they logout user abruptly, as i[censored]sers come to irctc to enjoy logging in.
