I booked tickets from irctc on 16th nov 2017 for 02 feb 2018 but due to cancellation of train i had cancelled tickets on 19th jan 2018 but the refund amount not refunded in my sbi account yet but the status of irctc is shown refunded on 23rd jan 2018.

    But otp is not receiving on my mobile number. I've tried resend otp but it's not working.

    I booked 2ticket in jansatabdi(12024)Exp on 22/01/2018 name Abhishek kumar and Aman kumar PNR [protected] D5-102, D5-98 Patna to hwh but I cancelled this ticket but my payment have not retuned .       So i took a lunch from an irctc canteen in asansol junction (Asn). It was a veg meal. And they charged me 120 rupees for it. Later that day i found that actual price of a veg meal provided by irctc is around 50 rupees. They're charging way above the price and the quality and service is not up to it. Is it just there or everywhere people claiming irctc is providing cheap food at high price.

        Today i tryed to book a ticket in irctc website, after log on it ask to update my email & phone number in personal details, after giving my mail id and phone number i got the otp's for both, while giving otp's it is saying that you opt's which i got to my mail and mobile was wrong and i am not able to book any new tickets, please suggest on the same my irctc id was apyraj.

        While log in i am getting this error "Your profile is Incomplete. Please complete your profile details in order to continue booking."
        Later i went to Update Profile in personal details.
        I had given my mail id .
        I got OTP to mail id and the same i filled but it was saying that it invalid.
        The same issue with mobile number too.
        Please suggest on the same.
        Train No.16863.

        Train is not at all clean.
        I was sitting in S3, I can see much dirty compartment.

        How a passenger can accept a uncleaned compartment like this.

        It's the responsibility of the IRCTC.

        Unsatisfied with this.
        I am ttavelling in train number 19023 jammu tavi express during journey i have asked for mineral water bottle an he said its of 20 rs but on bottle mrp is 15 rs... I said i will complain to TT he said do whatever you do we will charge 20 rs

        I m dharmend...my user id is [Shibbi14]. I received email varification code.but mobile varification code is not sending by this site...therefore i can not able to log in IRCTC. my mobile number is which .which is registered.
        So plz send me my mobile varification otp.
        I Have cancel my train ticket on[protected] Cancellation ID/ Refund ID no. [protected] but cancellation amount of Rs 3350/- is still not credited in my bank account as on[protected]. IRCTC site is showing Refunded to ZKPY on[protected]. Kindly look into the matter.
        I have parceled my bike in Indian railway from new Delhi to gudur jn and it has been not delivered it, it was loaded on 5th Jan 2018 now it's 20th Jan 2018 it has been 15 days over now till now my order pnr no.           Sir my self himanshu and i booked tkt from hwh to bgp of rs 250 but ticket is not booked due to some reason but is deducted from my account and on 27th jan irctc shows money is refunded to zaakpay but till now i not received money in sbi bank account. Please tell me the reason why i am i not received my money yet. Or zaakpay not refunded my money please inform me as soon as possible

            Hey i am booked ticket through irctc connect via razorpay payment mode selected but my ticket not booked but amount deduct form my account. When i saw irctc site u already refund amount to my account but still not refund in my account. Please revert asap. Please refund my amount in my account, i am not use rozerpay app.

              Respected sir
              On the date of 21/01/18 i had failed to book ticket from nasik (Nk) to basmat (Bmf) due to network failure but my money is debited from the account today is 29 jan 2018
              My transaction id shows only - pos irctc77858 at ptm*irctc txn#496514
              Irctc helpline no are busy all time i think irctc creates this type of black money i had sent 4 to 5 mails to irctc but it only gives ticket id for futute reference in subject line our pm promotes digital transaction and this govt websites demotivate to use cash instead of the digital transaction i think its not the way to treat with railway passengers who earn money by paying his tax regularly irctc earn money with no extra effort and shows the reason of booking failed due to network failure and upto 9 to 10 days refund is not get back to customer account so this is not good irctc have to refund money within fraction of seconds so please solve this as early as possible

                I had cancelled my ticket and refund not recieved in my bank aacount. While checking refund history it shows that refund is done in zkpy bank. I am unkwon to this bank. So please refund my amount in the same account which i provided. My transaction details are as follows. Cancellation id.[protected] and pnr no.[protected] and cancellation date is 21 january 2018.

                  Im sadly drafting this complaint against the ttr who had charged fine from my dad who had tarvelled from station tvm to allp on 29th jan 2018, 6 am train no:12076
                  I have booked for him through irctc site and the wl118 shown aftrr the chart was prepared, before that it was 230. As my father is not much literated, while the ttr came for checking for the ticket he called me and gave the phone to ttr, i said to him about the wl number and he said name is not there blah blah just pay and go # dialoges. Is this the way to talk!!! We paid for service and he still charged a penalty of rs 365!!! I wish to complaint or lodge a file against this. Came across this complaint forum thought this might help!! Its not about the money matter but the way people treat without completely knowing the whole scenario!!! Not every ttr are bad but still some are.

                    This is pathetic.. So many complains for same issue.. Still no resolution.. Tried for two days.. Not receiving verification code for forgot password... How should i login.. At least provide option to receive it via email.

                    I am unable to logon.. How should i book tickets.. Dont want to create new account.. Please improve the technical handlings.. Its even invalidate email ids which contains dot (.) operator in it.. For eg. Something. [protected]@mail.com.. Which is actually valid.

                      Suresh prabhu irctc e-catering irctc i need answer for my query traveling through mumbai express from renuguntha to pune coach a1-4&6 i think irctc has fixed some veg meal prices in train then also vendor asking 120rs for dinner meal insted or rs50 on asking for a bill but person ignored many times after raising voice got a bill (Attached) which has no gst no after asking told me that price paid by me rs120 is excluding gst after asking for rate card i received a menu card showing meal amount (Rate card attached) communication is done with pantry manager name aditya singh sleeping in pantry on underwear is this a on duty manager??? (Photo attached) after taking all proof manager get ready to return me 500rs for my meals tea and breakfast purchase what can i think its a bribe or refund of my wasted money??? I want answer for same

                          When i making my irctc new aacount on irctc then by mistake i enter my email id wrong by this reason i am not able to verify my email id on irctc account by which reason i am not able to use my irctc account my correct email id is [protected]@gmail.com but i enter wrong id which is [protected]@gmai.com. So i am not able to my email id verification by which reason i am not able to recieve the otp for email id verification. My user id is iamssp94 and i reqst to u plz correct my email id which is [protected]@gmail.com by which i veryfy my email id verification and able to use my irctc account... Thanku

                                I was trying to book ticket for ahmedabad from agra fort for the date of 25/01/2018 on 24/01/2018 by tatkaal facility for 2 person. While payment i used my sbi online banking.. But after all process of payment i was redirected to irctc but my ticket not generated. The amount of rs. 1161.80 was deducted from my bank account..

                                Kindly refund my amount..

                                    Greeting of the day!!!

                                    Just few hour ago, I booked the train ticket in TATKAL from Gandhidham to Jaipur, After payment done, IRCTC page has been time out automatically therefore I checked the Booked history to know the status of ticket as Payment has been deducted from Account. There was no any history of ticket.

                                    I also checked Failed Transaction history and Last Transaction Details but there was also no any history of failed transaction and last transaction on today date.

                                    So I again booked ticket, this time I got confirmation of booked ticket after payment done on IRCTC page but not received any SMS of ticket details.

                                    After some time I got two SMS of two booked ticket.

                                    Hence I would like to request you to please cancel the ticket and refund the amount. Details of ticket are given below:

                                    Please find some attachments for your reference. As you can see in the attachment that still seat berth not allotted while current seal availability is showing 244 same screen shot is attached also. There was some technical issue on IRCTC site for which booked ticket was not showing in book history. This was bound to me to book another ticket

                                      Ticket for reference where it is not confirmed by spice jet as they have declined the transaction.

                                        With reference to transaction no. [protected] dated 27.01.2018 while booking ticket through irctc, an amount of rs. 290 was deducted but ticket has not been booked/generated. Due to deduction i was unable to book ticket again. Train no 5765 kakathiaya passenger from secundarabad to manuguru
                                        Kindly look into the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible.
