    Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket from RIG to CTC journey date 18Jan2023, but the train got late from more than 12 hours.I had filed the TDR on the same day at 18 Jan2023 16:43:39 HRS.The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate. so I have filled the TDR Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours and passengers not travelled.         I am trying to book a ticket, payment gets deducted but when entering irctc credentials it says invalid user name and password. Tried to reset as well. When I enter my mobile no or email id, it says its not linked. I have been booking since 3 years. Please resolve this at earliest

                Even after writing in this forum I did not get any solution to my problem. Neither I received my refund nor any response from IRCTC 😡
                Very disappointed don’t know what should I do further.

                  My name is Himanshu. I filed a TDR before actual departure of the train against train is running late more than 3 hours and passenger not travelled and it was everything as per the rules, still my TDR got rejected and I did not get refund.

                  PNR is [protected], Train no is 20403, Date was 09/01/2023, booked ticket from Alwar to Jaipur for 2 persons. Scheduled departure from Alwar was 09:33 AM, Train was running 7-8 hours late, I filed TDR at 10:58 AM with the same reason, but in 4-5 days, my TDR was rejected and I did not get refund. I want my refund as per the rules.

                      Hi All,

                      This is in regards to my ticket of 7th January 2023, train number 08048 and PNR number [protected].

                      I missed an important business meeting on 8th of January 2023 as the train was late by more then 6 hours hence, I tried to file a TDR but I was getting error, I tried for more then 4 times.

                      I raised this with the IRCTC team but they didn’t even respond to my email. I am very disappointed with the service.

                      I followed all the protocols for filing the TDR. I would request the money to be refund as soon as possible. Thank you.

                        I have filled a TDR Request for My Journey Ticket of Avadh Assam Express from Guwahati to Mariani of whose Schedule Journey Time was on[protected] at 02:30 A.M. but before 6 Hours Of My Schedule Journey I came to Know that the Train was Late by More than 10 Hours and that's why I have Filed a TDR for the Ticket on[protected] at 08:28 P.M. Which is Approximately Before 6 Hours Of The Scheduled Departure Time but Today I Received an Email From IRCTC stating Me "The TDR filed against PNR Number [protected] with reason Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled. has been repudiated by system as per the Indian Railways Refund Rules https://contents.irctc.co.in/en/Refundrule2015.pdf

                        Reason for Repudiation/rejection: Invalid TDR Timestmap : DELAY."

                        I Hearby Request to Look onto this Matter as The Train Later on Got Late By More than Approximately 15 Hours And I have Filled My TDR on Time too
                        Below I have Attested two Copies where One is Of the Proof of The Time I have Filed the TDR and the Another is of the EMAIL I received from IRCTC

                              The IRCTC Website and app is not sending mobile verification code on my mobile. And, therefore I am not able to log-in into the IRCTC website.

                              Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as I have to take printouts of my booked tickets and make another online booking.

                                    Jan 8 2023 I was recharged IRCTC ewallet two times ( 280 rs and 285 rs) my account debited the money but not credited to irctc ewallet deposit

                                      Respect Sir, /Mam. I Dinkar Singla traveling today from Surat to Delhi in sawraj express 12471 with platform window ticket of 3rd ac with RLWL waiting 5 and 6 respectively. I went to ticket collector if there is any seat in 3rd ac. He told there is not seat go to sleeper coach. I told him that I have 3rd ac ticket. He replied me there is no place just go to sleeper in a rude way. Uneducated ticket collector in India railway. Huge mistake to travel in Indian rail. I want it solution or may feel him sorry in my way...

                                        Same thing has happened with me today on 8th jan 2023 .

                                        Even after selecting the "book only if confirm berths are allotted" option still TQWL tickets were issued .
