I had booked an international air ticket through IRCTC Air for an official tour (Transaction Id [protected]). After the airlines cancelled one of the segments, I had requested cancellation and full refund to IRCTC on 19th January, 2023. I was promised that I would receive the refund within 5-7 working days.
It has been more than 3 weeks since then and I have received no refund or explanation for the delay from IRCTC.
I have sent several emails to [protected]@irctc.co.in. They just keep responding with the same following message:
"We acknowledge the receipt of your email and please note that the matter
is already escalated to the respective concerned team as explained
earlier as well. We will take further action, only on receipt of clarification /
instructions from above."
But no further clarification or proper information has been sent to me. I am disappointed and frustrated by the unprofessional customer service of IRCTC Air, which is supposed to be one of the authorised travel agents by Govt. of India!
Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by sumanchakrabarty Not resolved yet. It has been almost 2 months since my cancellation request has been placed. I have not received the refund. The customer service is terribly unhelpful.
