    On 20 th october i made a tatkal ticket from sattenpalli to pune.
    The payment has been made when the availbility of tickets is 58 around
    I got the payent status as succesful
    So after a succesful transaction i have expected the confirmation of train ticket
    But i got as reservation failed
    Amt been deducted however it wil credit back in next five days
    My issue is when a transaction is successful
    Irctc should either confirm a ticket for me if berth availbility is there or if not it should be a tatkal waiting list
    Bcoz of this incovenience by irctc i have lost one full day for other means of transport to reach pune also met additional expense of 3000 rs extra
    However money is not issue
    But many people are suffering like this

      I booked a ticket on[protected] from sre to jat in first class ac mistakenly and cancelled it on same date. I received a message that amount of ₹5210 will be refunded to my account by paytmag. But till date i didn't received any refund. I contact irctc consumer help line number [protected]. They told me to email them at [protected]@irctc.co.in with passbook entry showing no amount is refunded. Please do the needful at your earliest.

        Complaint numbers of irctc not working and responding.
        My refund is not done for cancellation of tickets which i have done many days back.
        My mail reply is also not given.
        This is very irritating and annoying.
        I have been trying to follow up with them since many days. Their numbers are not working.
        Only one number, which is of catering srvices, is working. I tried to email also but no response was given.
        Infact the feedback form is also not working on irctc.
        Since there is no other website for train bookings i couldnt book my tickets. And they have kept approximately 3000 rs and not refunded me.
        This is very very annoying.
        Kindly take serious action for irctc website.
        It should be user friendly and customer friendly so that customers can reach out for their queries.

            service charge taken for failed ticket booking

            Booked the meal for my family on http://www.ecatering.irctc.co.in with order number # 1269377 and made the full payment upfront. However, no meal was provided. Also there was not a single phone call from vendor/irctc if there was a problem in food delivery. As a results, my entire family including 11 years old kid was hungry for entire day due to this callous attitude of irctc. I would like to know

                As per your confirmation in mail on 18.10.17 that rs 2295.00 (Irctc txn id [protected] on 13-oct-2017) has been refund on 16.10.17 (Bank refund txn id[protected] in my account due to transaction was not communicated by the payment gateway in time, the ticket booking did not materialize.

                But, rs. 2306.80 instead of ticket amount rs. 2295.00 has been deducted from my punjab national bank account, a/c no. - [protected] that was transaction by bank rupay debit card.

                Till now, rs. 2295.00 could not return in my punjab national bank account, a/c no. - [protected]. Also today, i called bank customer care about this matter. He told me, this amount could not return in my bank account.

                Already, i mailed you about this matter in 3 times. But, could not solve it.

                Please verify it and solve this matter as early as possible.

                  Why doesn't irctc increase the capacity of its website? While booking the tatkal ticket, the site gets hanged or works super slow. This is ridiculous! Isn't it obvious that during festive season, many people would be logging in on the website. Why isn't irctc prepared for it then?
                  This is highly disappointing service and it's getting worse with time.

                    I have booked a ticket from irctc rail connect mobile app transactions id:[protected] the irctc refund my money back to paytmsdk bank but my money is not yet credited in my bank account.
                    I booked my tatkal ticket on 07/10/2017 but my ticket was not booked but payment was debited from my bank account.

                      I just booked ticket online for my wife and myself by 20814 bsp-bbs, departing on 19 november 2017 with pnr[protected]. But we have been given berths in two different coaches b2 & b3.
                      I can't understand the logic of this. We are both senior citizens and i fall to understand why we can't be accommodated in the same coach, especially when there are 42 berths available in ac three tier

                      I booked reservations via irctc online ticketing website today for two ac three tier berths from bilaspur jn. To bhubaneswar by train 20814, departure 19 november 2017.
                      To my dismay, we have been given berths in two different coaches, b2 & b3.
                      Firstly, this is unacceptable, especially considering we both are senior citizens and 42 berths were available at the time of booking.
                      I would like the irctc to provide accommodation to both o[censored]s in the same coach

                          I have cancelled tickets on 7th october 2017. Irctc website says it is refunded but yet to receive payment in my bank. Details mentioned in below bank is payumpp. It can be seen in attached image. Money paid through bank (Hdfc) and was cancelled on 12th oct 2017 and received in 3-4 days. I don't know what is taking so long or to whom should i contact so i can get help. Customer care number are always busy. Kindly help

                            The transaction is gone missing from my account on the website. The website shows no records found.
                            I need to cancel this ticket/change boarding point.

                            I did not receive any help or response from either sources. The helpline person suggested that she cannot help me with this.

                              I am trying to book tatkal tickets from my personal irctc id, but error is coming which says "you are permitted only 2 transactions between 10 am to 12 am per ip address/user id"

                              Surprisingly the error statement is completely wrong as i have not booked 2 tickets between 10 to 12 even not within a week.

                              Kindly resolve at the earliest as this is only benefiting the agents and normal public is suffering.

                                My user id is aviralaug and i was booking tatkal today for delhi to indore for tomorrow and none of the payment was working plus irctc server was too slow. It was not used to be this worse before. So what should i understand? Is ticket booking should be done through agents only? Railway should clear this and shut down the individual booking for avoidance of wasting of time.

                                  There was a seat get reserved for[protected] in train no-09006 with pnr no-[protected] train was declared more then three hrs late and hence looking to this train ticket was cancelled before 4hrdeparture of train but a clause schedule departure of train became hinderance for refund. It is to mention it was not my duty to maintain schedule of train even then i am deprived from any refunds. This is totally a type of forgery not to return any and even not make a provision to return back to file tdr. Then please tell me i was allowed for tickit cancellation. Was this rule was made to decieve a passenger if in case of ambiguity of rule railway can deceive a passenger. If this type of case is not resolved it is clear intention of railway to decieve and earn.

                                    I booked my rail tickets pnr no. [protected] 120 days before scheduled time, get tickets w/l 8 9 10 three ticket.
                                    Now one day before journey my tickets rac 9 10 11 after chart prepared, i am first time to cancel this type of tickets online, at night 23:30 dt 19/10/17 due some error tickets didn't cancel.
                                    In morning i try one by one process to cancel my tickets first cancellation than file tdr than calls customer care than email. Tdr before doing 30 minutes departure time of train, i am getting late, customer care didn't pick up the phone, email answer after 15 minutes, you couldn't cancel your tickets.
                                    I managed to call customer care but she didn't satisfy her answer and put my call on hold, at present time phone on hold.
                                    Sir i am first timer and mr. Pm say digital india but i am fail to understand his moto when first time user suffering.
                                    Please help us to get my hard earn money.
