Had cancelled the ticket on 06.10.2017. And amount of 600 has to be credited to my account. But after 6 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 06.10.17 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below,,

Sir when i was booking tkt on 24 august, transcation was completed, but tkt was not booked. Txn id [protected] (Irctc website) i had paid through bhim app. So i attached bihm app txn approved screen shoot and bank statement from that date til now, i complained lots of time to irctc but did not get refund, complain id are [irctc #6849717] [irctc #6710711] [irctc #6697959] [irctc #6707976]...

Pnr-[protected], train-12810, 3ac, doj - 07feb'2018, sk ghosh (62)-side upp. So if seat allotment given in sequence it will be convenient as we family travel.
Both ticket i booked online on opening day and window open time but i unable to get my choice, we have six members three given 1, 2, 3 and other three 46, 45, 48. So strange....

I had cancelled the ticket on 08.10.2017. And amount of 1450 has to be credited to my account. But after 4 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 08.10.17 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below,,

I had booked tatkal ticket on 2/10/17 for journey of 3/10/17.. I got 7 waiting in tatkal, but due to not confirmation of ticket it got cancelled. My booking amount was 545 but i got only 480 as refundable amount. As that was auto cancellation so i should have got all my booking amount back. Details of journey as follow.

I was at ldh railway station pf 5. Asked for sandwich from doon caters - stall no. 14. They offered for rs. 30=00, but the rate is rs. 20=00 as written on rate list board. On asking the green stripped t-shirt person replied "hamara to yahi rate hai, lena hai lo nahi to dhanyavaad" - "this is our rate, if you want to take it you can, otherwise thank you". Please check and hope for a feasible solution....

I was booked my ticket on 12th of september from madhubani to patna junction in garibrath exp but my ticket was not booked and my payment is get deducted from my account but i have still not got refund from irctc in my account

I have booked ticket on 8th june 2017 of rs 4800 in third class general quota. Journey date was 6th oct but i have cancelled the ticket but after10days of cancelling the money not refund.

We (Myself & wife) were in above noted vizag araku tour that started on 26th sept, 17 - 4n /5d.in initial itinerary (During booking) train departure time from shalimar stn was 18-15 hrs but at the end it was rescheduled to 23-05 hrs on the same date i. E. Tour squeezed by 5 hrs. From start. Then, on journey train delayed by around 5-30 hrs. As a result tour programme could not be completed as per itinerary. We could not visit yerada beach,...

I booked my ticket from irctc, payment gateway was payu, transaction failed after which refund was made to gateway but haven't received my payment yet.

I have booked the ticket on 25/09/17 by debit card. I have cancel the ticket on 06/10/17 but amount has not been refunded till date but it show amount has been showing it is been refunded in payumpp but it is not been refunded till date. Kindly resolve the problem its first time i book ticket by debit card and i would never do the ticket by debit card

Although received mail confirmation dt.04.09.2017 stating that, the refund of rs.1365.00 against ticket cancellation will be done shortly, against pnr no.[protected] is not received till date even after informing and getting complaint ticket id #675402 for the same. But as per the transactions details against the refund id [protected] is mentioned, till date the amount is not credited to my bank account...

I had booked return ticket from bangalore to chennai through kaveri express pnr no. [protected] train no.16022 booked on 20.07.2017 third ac for 4 rl wl 15 to 1 on 6.8.2017. Ticket fare is 2480.00.

After the chart was prepared and one person wl is cleared for p1rc b2 63. The remaining 3 tickers were not confirmed. Hence journey is also not performed.

After lapse of 66 days the refund is not is not at ll received....

I was trying to book a railway ticket using my debit card, it was failed transaction. But money got deducted from debit card.
Total amount deducted: 1120 rs and transaction failed id : [protected]n, transaction date : 01 oct
I was emailed on [protected]@irctc.co.in and tried to call irctc helpline[protected], but no response.
Please help me.

I had filled tdr for my e ticket with pnr [protected] as the seat was in rac after chart preparation. Tdr was filed about 90 minutes before the train departure time. But my tdr was rejected.
As per the rules, if ticket in rac after chart prep and tdr is filed before 30 min of time of departure. Ticket amount will be refunded.

This is debabrata mahato, an customer of irctc and i also have an account in irctc. On[protected], 5270.90 this much amount was deducted from my debit card. Transaction no which is written on my passbook is[protected].

I have cancelled my train ticket through irctc on 1 st october still my refund amount is not given in my bank account transaction no for cancellation of ticket the cancellation transaction no [protected] and [protected] for your action hence please initiate my refund immediately you may call me on my cell no for for clarification issue [protected]...

I have cancelled two tickets booked from irctc but the amount not credited even though its shows refunded in status. Kindly go through it and resolve my problem. I have sent mail three times but still no reply. This happens once more also with me.
