Sir,
I recharged my r wallet using UPI I'd via Google pay. Bank have dedicated money rs 200 but the money was not added to my r-wallet.please refund or add the same amount in my wallet.

    I booked a train ticket but for a technical issue the book was failed I got my ixigo money max so I transfer this amount to my bank account by UPI they show me that they are successful to send my refund money in my bank account but after that when I checked my account balance the refund money is not reflected there so please I have requested to yo please send my refund money in my account

      Hi team, i booked a ticket from IRCTC App. The ticket booking was done through the IRCTC Mobile app. Amount got deducted but there is no booking appearing for the same in the IRCTC account.

          This train is delayed by more than 5 hours. No pentry is available, for long journey trains it should be mandatory to keep pentry car. No breakfast was available.
          You are keeping passangers hungry. This is disgusting on part of indian railway

                  I had deposited rupees 225/- in my IRCTC eWallet on 29 December 2022.My money got debited in the bank but in my statement it is showing as failed transaction.please process refund of money.Im attaching photos for proof.Also there are no options available for such type of complaints in IRCTC platform or app please look into it.My IRCTC username is 'kiran7810'.

                    I'm really not sure as why was the refund rejected on filing a TDR as train was late by 6 hours for pnr [protected], I spoke to TC before leaving the place who asked to file TDR if you don't wish to travel due to train been late and now I got email upon TDR rejected. Train arrival time was 7am and it reached railway station at 2pm. Not sure about what rules are they following but surely they are doing fraud by following such practice. Image attached was taken at 11:36am while leaving the railway station.

                      I booked 3 counter tickets to travel in the train but i have cancelled the ticket in counter itself since my train is late 4+ hours late.
                      Payment mode: For 2 tickets - UPI, For 1 ticket - card.

                        Kindly refund Rs.905 erroneously transferred to get irctc train ticket on 24/12/2022 at 1250 hrs through internet banking using my SBI SB Account No [protected], the amount credited to OIXIGO Le Travenu Technology pvt limited..So far I didnot get E Rail tcket in my mail or sms. After internet tranaction the same site asked irctc login id and password When given remarks reflected bad credentials..then nothing was seen in screen. Strongly doubt that some Technical error happened or fake website. Any how please return my money Rs.905 in above said account soon. regards

                        On 24/12/2022 while taking an E ticket on irctc on line passenger reservation/oixigo web site, after logging in irctc username and password then filled ticket details train no and required class, soon asked to pay Rs.905 ticket charges and it was paid using my internet banking using my SBI account no.35535242579. after that ticket has not come in mail or sms where as again irctc login and password asked given but found bad credentials..so far not resolved the case. so far till now the money 905/- not received in my SBI SB account 35535242579. please return the money immediately with sms or e mail..I didnt get E ticket so far. Without returning the money to me how you can resolve the case. describe.. where the money went ?                           1) Very poorly organised pilgrimage trip after collecting around 1 crore 75 lakh from 700 passengers and not providing basic amenities.
                          2)The train used condemned coaches without proper windows and shutters and leaking toilets 😔 infested with mice and cockroaches .
                          3)Also very very poor quality food was provided making 60 percentage of passengers sick with food poisoning
                          4) We the passengers of this trip would like the railway board to conduct an independent inquiry into the organisers and committee members of this trip by taking a direct feedback from the 700 odd passengers who undertook this Yatra.
                          It's a black mark on the railway board.
                          5) 90% of the yatrees are between the age group 60 to 75 years who undertook this trip as life defining moments turning to be a nightmare
                          6) The ongoing journey from Kerala started 12 hours late with poor communication to the passengers and no proper signal clearance to the places of visit, while the return journey from Prayagraj to Kerala is happening with right time and good signal clearance . It sows a doubt about the lobbying to sabotaging this trip of HINDUS by the organising committee of this trip who are non Hindus
                          7) There are passengers who are taking the IRCTC package the third time after experiencing very good customer care the first two times on other trips. We feel cheated of our money, on an average of Rs 25000/- per person which could have been donated to the PM cares fund and put into better use.

                              The person named Sher Singh from M/s Satyam Caterers Pvt. Ltd. and his manager Santosh Sharma from A. S. Sales Corporation are overcharging customers for the Food services provided by them in the Train No. 12057 dated 10th December 22. They charged Rs. 150 for lunch instead of Rs. 120, they charged Rs. 50 for the burger instead of Rs. 40.
                              They did not provide for the rate card when requested by us. Sher Singh was not wearing ID while selling the products.

                                I've initiated a recharge of 100/- via UPI (Google pay) to my UTS R-wallet. The amount got deducted from my bank a/C instantly but is not showing up in the R-wallet even after 1 day. It is showing recharge initiated.
                                Please resolve this issue.

                                  Not received ltc certificate since 6 months laps

                                  I have taken customised tour package for Andaman Tour for 5 nights 6 days from 16.5.2022 to 21.05.2022, I have requested to concerned office to issue the LIC certificate for claiming road transport bill and cruise bill from my departmet. But LTC certificate is still awaited. Also send email to concerned office on 28.11.2022, but the matter is not moved.

                                  I booked a ticket from Nagpur to Pune in Garibrath Express for 4th of December, however the train got cancelled and we were informed only about 2 weeks before and all other trains were already waitlisted.
                                  Today I received a refund for the same but the amount I received is ₹870.28 while we paid ₹893.95, the difference is of convenience fees which IRCTC ask us to pay while booking, but since it is IRCTC who cancelled the train itself we want that convenience charge back as well.

                                    On 04Dec22, i tried to book season ticket through my UTS app with mobile number [protected] for Rs. 1195.00. Money got deducted from my UPI id [protected]@hdfcbank account, but season ticket did not got issued as the transaction got timed out.

                                    The money debited are shown in my UPI history on GPAY.

                                    Please either credit my RWallet on UTS id [protected] or initiate refund in my bank account for Rs. 1195.00.

                                    Please find attached screenshot for UTS transaction status and GPay transaction status.

                                    Please refund the money asap to bank account or in my RWallet.

                                      I have an IRCTC online ticket booking account with registered email-id & mobile number. But suddenly a Popup show on there page and application.
                                      Verify Your Mobile & E mail . My mobile number already verified but E mail verify OTP not coming on my email.i tried many times i write some E mail to IRCTC for not receiving E mail OTP. but no salutation coming. I have booked ticket inside account i can't check the ticket status. because with out email verify i can't log in. My Registerd id with IRCTC is :- Supriyoroy i am also adhar verified with Irctc.
