While booking ticket of train no.22124, ajni to pune on17th august 2017, my transaction was failed. However a sum of rs 2048/ — was debited from my bank account. Against transaction id [protected]. My date of journey of10/10/2017 for two passengers of acii. As per rule letdown in your website, " failed transaction amount should be credited in consumer account automatically within three working days. However, the amount of rs 2048/= has not been credited in my account. Please do the needful immediately.
