I tried to book a tatkal ticket on 10/8/17 vide txn id no. [protected]
The ticket is not generated and shows failed. How ever the ticket price rs.1605+34 (Including bank charges) =1639 was
Deducted from my a/c and not refunded till now. There is no response from the bank.
There fore i request you to kindly refund my amount as early as possible.

    Dear sir/ma'am,
    This ia to inform you that i (Irctc user id - dav30) was booking two tatkal tickets on 29/07/2017 from zahirabad to parli vaijnath in train no. 17206. But while making payment through debit card, i received otp but the transaction failed in a last stage, as a result the tickets were not booked but amount of rs. 786 was debited from my bank account.
    The failed transaction id for the same was [protected].
    Now it has been more than 15 days, but still my refund is not initiated.
    I am attching the image of details of the failed transaction here.
    So, it is my humble request to look into the matter seriously and take the needful action as early as possible.

      Hi.
      Yesterday i travelled from banglore to tanjore in mysore express train no.16232.
      I have booked the ticket in the sleeper coach. Ticket checker was not appeared for the whole journey. Some of the unreserved passengers got into our coach.
      We enquired for the ttr. But we couldn't found him. At salem more unreserved passengers got into our coach. And everyone in our coach felt unsecured and lost our sleep. And this is my 4 th travel in past 2 months. But i couldn't found the ttr in all my journey.
      Who is responsible for the absence of ttr. Someone needs to take severe actions against this irresponsible ticket checkers.

        Pnr no. [protected] for senior citizen but seats are mb and ub. How come 65 year old lady travel on these. Please issue lower birth for both traveller.
        Passenger name are ramdevi and krishna. Please provide the new status as soon as possible. Please send confirmation on the same to my mail id. Why than prefernce is taken in booking when we go for ticket booking

            I travelled from bhimavaram to secunderabad via narasapur express on 14/8/17. There were lots f bed bugs in the bedsheets given by irctc. I asked for another set, but bugs were there in the new ones too. Myself andy daughter had lot of rashes on body and we dint sleep whole night as the bugs had spread all over the berth. Worst journey I had experienced. I severely regret the railway service.

              Referring to your partly compliance on dated 27/07/2017 (Enclosed), mr. Patel. The refund amount rs. 2010/- has not yet been credited in my sbi a/c. How much time, you will take for confirmation of the closed hdfc a/c. It seems very delay by your good office that should not be expected. I am again requesting you and submitting herewith details (Hdfc closed account paper issued by the bank and sbi cancelled cheque) in attachment folder so that the refund can be credited as soon as possible.

              I am requesting you to resolve the refund issue otherwise this issue may be forwarded to your higher authorities.
              Online Ticket Booking is not available for one particular Train(16523-KARWAR EXP;16517KANNUR EXP.)It's not all available on any of the classes for any days.Please look into this issue on priority.

                  I was travelling from Ganj Basoda to Pune on 12th Aug 2017 by 11077 JHELUM EXPRESS in AC Coach B5, but I experienced a horrible situation my luggage got ruined by rats and inside there were valuables which got also got damaged by rats, and this is only due to bad house keeping of IRCTC, can you imagine what will be the situation of food in pantry.. Please look into the concern.

                    Mumbai garibrath no. 12187 for 11th dec. 2017. Sir at the time of booking the status of available births were 646 births. I opted for two lower births but after payment upper births were allotted to me (61 years) and my wife (56 years) which is very inconvenient for me being a senior citizen & diabetic.                       सविनय निवेदन यह है कि विगत कुछ वर्षों से मुझे बहुत ही कम पेन्शन मिल रहा है ।
                      पूर्ण विवरण निम्नांकित है ।
                      नाम: -- अजय कुमार सिन्हा, स्वैच्छिक सेवा निवृत SSE/Tele/ E C Railway/DNR,
                      तिथि 31/07/2007. PPO No :-- [protected]

                      श्रीमान
                      Sr DPO/East Central Railway/Danapur पत्र संo:--
                      स्थाo/ सं एवं दूसं / आर टी आई / ए के एस / एस एस ई / टेली /14. दानापुर. 29/9/2015 के अनुसार
                      मेरा अन्तिम वेतन July 2007 में 16780 + 4600 + 9%(16780 + 4600) = Rs 23310. 00

                      इस तरह मेरा बेसिक पेन्शन Rs 11660 होगा ।
                      कम्युटेसन कि रकम निकाल देने के बाद का पेन्शन =

                      Aug 07 में DA के साथ कुल पेन्शन Rs 10097.

                      Dec 2015 में 9050 + 119%11660 = Rs 22922•

                      January 2016 (6th PC) में मेरा बेसिक पेन्शन होगा: -
                      2.57 × 11660 = Rs 29966.00
                      कम्युटेसन कि रकम निकाल देने के बाद
                      January 2016 का पेन्शन होगा:[protected] = Rs 27353.00

                      इसी तरह June 2017 में मेरा कुल पेन्शन होगा
                      27353 + 4%(29966) = Rs 28552.लगभग ।
                      लेकिन June 2017 में मुझे कुल पेन्शन मिला: -- Rs 25813.00.

                      श्रीमान एैसा क्यूं हो रहा है ?
                      इस विसंगती को सही करने हेतु कितना समय लगेगा श्रीमान,

                      रिटायर होने के दस वर्ष बाद आज तक सही पेन्शन पाने के लिए लगातार संधर्ष कर रहा हूँ।
                      कई बार पेन्शन अदालत भी गया। कौन सी मजबूरी है प्रशासन को, मेरे कई बार अनुरोध करने के बाद भी आज तक मेरे पेन्शन निर्धारण का डिटेल मुझे नहीं दिया गया,
                      और मेरा बेसिक पेन्शन गलत निर्धारण करके मुझे परेशान किया जा रहा है।
                      श्रीमान यह कब तक रहेगा। क्या मै अपने जीवन काल में सही पेन्शन पाने का हकदार नहीं?

                      They replied that railway has not send your current data to bank.

                              Hi IRCTC technical team,

                              I had IRXCT account registered with email id raaj92.[protected]@gmail.com and mobile number [protected]

                              This account got blocked due to some violation.
                              When i am trying to create a new account using either above email or mobile number its not allowing.
                              Just to create a IRCTC account creating new email and taking new mobile connection is not possible.

                              Newly created account with username raaj92 also got blocked and when i am trying to login getting error that No user found with this details.

                              When i used to create with raaj92 id its giving error that already existing, ,

                                This site is currently unavailable. Please try after some time message is displayed often when booking Tatkal sleeper tickets during Tatkal booking timings (11AM to 12PM)

                                IRCTC does not approve the transaction and hence lands the user in 'This page isn't working' or 'This site can't be reached error page. It has been noticed that recently IRCTC blocks user from booking ticket successfully which was not the case 4 months before.

                                This is for the 4th consecutive time I am facing this error and unable to reach the IRCTC helpline provided in website as they do not lift the call.

                                It brings frustration to the customer when they are in need of ticket and the site doesn't allows them to..

                                Question: If the management is practical, logical and open following the terms and conditions, why do they block the tickets and keep the site on hang during tatkal booking hours?

                                  I was travelling from tirupati to sattenapalle on 14th August 2017 in sabari express. Me and my brother have booked the tickets. But due to some other reason one ticket was cancelled by me and TT is asking me around 1000 rs for adjusting in the reservation seat along with my brother.
                                  He used very bad words intentionally to hurt personally.
                                  When a female is travelling in the night he should provide security instead he is telling me that he will handover me to lady constable.
                                  I want to understand that when I didn't get separate seat for me why should I pay for reservation??
                                  If he allottes how much should I pay??

                                    Dear Sir / Mam,

                                    I am trying to book Tatkal tickets from my personal IRCTC ID, but error is coming which says "You are Permitted only 2 transactions between 8 AM to 10 AM per IP address/user ID"

                                    Surprisingly the error statement is completely wrong as i have not booked 2 tickets between 8 to 10 even not within a week.

                                    This is happening for all the users which i have discussed with. Kindly resolve at the earliest as this is only benefiting the agents and normal public is suffering.
