Dear sir/mam
I have cancelled a waiting ticket which was booked from my irctc mobile app, a confirmation email was sent to me that i will get the refunded amount in 3-4 days. I have cancelled the ticket on 05/08/2017 at 12:04:24 but yet i didn't received my money back in my account.

    I booked a ticket from Gaya to Kalyan on 22-06-17, but ticket not booked and amount debited my bank account of PNB with transaction ID - TXN [protected].
    I thought it will automatically refunded as usual. But after waiting long the amount did't refunded. So I mailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in with full detail (screen shot of IRCTC refunded amount and updated passbook where it can be clearly seen that same amount is deducted on same date in the name of IRCTC) on July 12 2017 with ticket ID - IRCTC #6287069.
    After waiting for some days I called customer care of IRCTC. He verified the details and mark on urgent basis. I received a mail on July 20, 2017 from IRCTC, saying that -
    'Please note that TXN [protected] was a settlement-failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards IRCTC. That is we didn't receive any payment authorization from your bankers to book the ticket. If at all the amount was debited, kindly send us the complete bank statement's (From Date of Booking) in pdf format scan copy/screen shot by hiding the credit card no. to pursue the matter.
    I re-mailed on same date i.e. 20th of July 2017 and again I received ticket ID - IRCTC #6337949 on behalf of complain. My mail was -
    "I already send you the failed transaction history along with updated bank pass book where it can be clearly seen that on the same date, same amount is deducted by the name of IRCTC.
    The amount is deducted and not returned yet. So please do needful. Here I am again sending the same attachment i.e. transaction detail with pass book copy."

    Now again it's already 20 days completed but I didn't get money or any reply from IRCTC.
    The deducted amount is 6276/-

      Dear sir,

      I tried to book one ticket thru internet (Irctc site). The ticket is from chennai central to palakkad jn
      For travel dt on 12.9.2017. The train number is 22639 (Alleppey express). After completing the payment thru my axis bank card no, [protected], i got the otp in my mobile and the payment of rs.234.89 was debited from my bank account and a message has come in my mobile saying that my account is debited inr 234.89 on 9.8.2017 with a remark "pur/irctc e ticketing/delhi/irctc e ticketing/seq no.[protected]."

      But, surprisingly, i have not yet received the ticket details nor pnr etc, to my email or my mobile number. I am now worried that the money has been taken from my account, but without the pnr details of my ticket booked.
      Kindly arrange to get me the pnr details, if already available, ; otherwise please let me know as to how i can get back the money already transferred from my account to irctc. Pl arrange to return the money if the ticket is not booked as i have not recd the pnr number in my mobile no.[protected] but the above message has come to my mobile (, i. E. Debited inr 234.89 on 9.8.2017 with a remark "pur/irctc e ticketing/delhi/irctc e ticketing/seq no.[protected].

      Pl look into the matter and arrange to get back the money taken from my account., axis bank:

        I have purchased a Railway ticket for the journey from Gorakhpur to Kolkata from Gorakhpur PRS. I purchased the ticket by swiping the Debit card. Due to some reason the ticket was cancelled on 22.5.2017 and refunded amount on cancellation of the ticket has not been credited to my account till date. I have already complained the matter through CPGRAMS but settled.

          I have traveled from Chennai to Hyderabad on 09.08.2017 by charminar express train no, 12759 PNR No [protected]. My wait listed ticket confirmed to RAC A4-29. The TTE checked and informed us he will check up all the tickets and allot birth if any vacancy.

          I was waiting up to 10 PM and he did not turn up and i went and met him at A-1 coach and checked up for birth. He informed me that he will check up joining passengers and he will come, around 11.45PM i went again to meet him. I found some births are vacant in B-3 coach. I informed my co-RAC passenger to go to A-3 birth 12 to sleep and I slept at A-4 29. Till Vijayawada the TTE did not turned and next TTE joining at Vijayawada also not turned up.

          When births are available why the TTE has not allotted the birth to RAC passengers.

          Please check and inform.

            While booking a ticket in irctc online on 9th aug 2017 through a debit card (Kvb), i received transaction failed. And then i booked with another debit card (Canara bank). Now my ticket is booked and amount is deducted from both accounts for the same transaction. The details of my transaction are as follows:

              Dear sir/ mam.

              So many times i called to irctc customer care given on portal is not responding.
              I have mailed regarding my cancelled tickets but there is no response from irctc.

              Dear sir, you are requested to refund my cancelled tickets. Why should indian citizen suffers if railway management cannot manage.

              Here i respect fully beg to say, that my self suffers from highly fever, at last its declared a dengue.
              I was alone in kerala, i was hospitalized due to dengue.
              Due to this immediately i book tickets for my father, mother to reach to me in kerala.
              Both are in old age they are not feeling comfortable to fly, they afraid and is heart patient.
              So i decided to take railway service from mughalsarai to trivendram via delhi.
              And it was an urgent.
              I have booked ticket, from mughalsarai junction to delhi (Anandvihaar terminal) first with pnr [protected]
              And second connecting train from delhi (Hazarat nizzamuddin) to trivendrum central with pnr [protected]
              According to schedule, train has to reach at anandvihaar station @ 3:30 am dated 25/06/2017
              And the connecting train departure was from hazarat nizzamuddin railway station @ 10:55am dated 25/06/2017.

              When i got confirmed information from railway app and inquiry, train will unable to reach delhi to catch connecting train.
              Then i have cancelled ticket of connecting train, to make berth vacant for other needy indian citizen.

              From those day i am still waiting my money back.
              In between so many times i tried to connect with irctc customer delhi as well as chennai but all are unable to take
              Call due to congestion.

              Even i mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in and [protected]@irctc.co.in.

              Still they din't reply my mail regarding refund my money.

              So here you are requested to look into matter and refund my cancelled tickets amount.

                  Quality of food is not good in 12270 duranto exp nzm to mas. Please focus on it. And only 2 ltr water is being provided for individual for nzm to mas journey (27 hrs journey approximately) that is not sufficient. As per medical advise individual is suppose to consume min 4 ltr water in one day and this journey is more than that. Individual is already paying catering money throughout journey. So please my suggestion is to provide atleast 4 ltr water to each individual. It may be at two different timings. Thank you.

                    3 adults, gen sleeper from mangalore junction to ernakulam junction.

                    Indian railway cancelled this train because of flood in gujarat. So far irctc has not refunded the money. Please refund my money as early as possible.

                        I have booked two berths on duronto express from secunderabad to visakhapatnam for 14/08/17 (Date of booking 4/08/17) when availability shown was 250 berths. Still we were allotted upper and middle berths. I again tried on 9/08/17 for a lower birth for my wife giving the option of atleast one lower birth. The amount was debited after which a message appeared saying the the lower birth condition was not met and that if i wish i can opt put of the transaction. What ridiculous logic is this programming? After my account is debited, the site says, sorry, lower berth is not available, you can cancel the transaction! What are they doing with lower berths? If you cant allot them to senior citizens, to whom are you allotting them? Incidentally, in the ticket confirmation, only the berth numbers are shown and not whether the berths are lower, middle or upper!

                          My journey tickets railway pnr no [protected] for train no 22954 and pnr no [protected] for train no 22960 were automatically cancelled after i opened the cancellation window for enquiring about the refund amount only. I, in no manner, accidental or otherwise, pressed the confirmation button which leads to the cancellation of the ticket.

                          Kindly initiate the refund of the cancelled amount as i had not initiated the cancellation and my curiosity for the refund amount resulted in my financial loss and harassment.

                            This is worst site i ever seen. I gonna to create account of irctc for online ticket booking but while creating it on my smartphone i have filled all detail accurately then also it is shamelessly taking me anywhere in page. For eg cursor goes to email id box stays there even though there is no problem. Sometime it goes to name box and stays there. Very case sensitive form there should be simplicity but here is difficulty.in this online world i am pressuring to go offline because without this irctc no online booking can be done. This is very bad. I have to use another person's account even though i have money online. I tries five times then also it's giving problems. It neither take me forward or nor backward.
                            Please solve this hopeless issue.

                              Dear sir,
                              I hereby by attached my pnr number., my date of journey was on 7 aug 2017 on 5:45 pm from jalgaon and i arrived at lalitpur today ie 8 aug 2017 at 3:40 am. And shriram insurance company send me pa certificates massage and links to add nomination today at 2 pm and no any pa certificates intimated earlier ie. Before journey.
                              Please note above and take action immediately so that travelers can't face problems if certain misshapen can done.
                              For waiting tickets it should be send to travelers after charting done after confirmation of seats.
                              I requesting you to come to notice for such insurance company to give pa certificates before the journey starts so that travelers can add nomination and send it to their belongings.
                              I also notice you that yor feedback calls 139 came to customer when he completes his whole journey. Kindly avoid this delay to receive feedback from consumers. Although u can take when on the way journey.

                                Five of my online railway ticket booking has failed but the money got transferred each time. Total money transferred to irctc from my sbi card is rs. 35, 670/- (Rupees thirtyfive thousand six seventy only)
                                Total number of transactions - five (5)
                                Date of ticket booking - 7th and 8th august 2017
                                Transaction details - check file as attached

                                Each time when the payment is being processed the irctc site goes to login screen before ticket is generated and the booking fails but money is transferred. Ultimately we had to go for counter booking for our tickets. On a rare occasion there can be irctc site issues but not consequently and frequently. Also this is not the first time, we have faced this problem in past too (Computers have not been the same on all occasions so cannot blame the pc). The refund is not immediate and unpredictable. It may so happen that the person booking online ticket may have limited cash in the card and/or in hand and may suffer because of irctc site failures. I presume irctc cares for its customers who are losing faith in online booking through irctc because of regular site failures.

                                Kindly act on this complaint and do the needful at the earliest.in case any action is taken do let me know.

                                      Train no. 12780 boarding from pune, this train which was supposed to arrive at 16:35 today has still not arrived, it is already 1hrs 45mis delayed and every 40mins the time is again delaying 40mins, we have to travels to hubli and supposed to reach by 7:00am tomorrow, i am sure because of the delay tomorrow's my important work will get vanished, we don't have option to cancel also as we don get refund if we have booked in tatkal, this pathetic, also my parents are travelling with me who are senior citizen, railway ministry should take a proper action on this, they should also give a option of refund for tickets booked in tatkal, why should the common man should suffer loss if it is a govt mistake, i would also like to know the reason for the delay and also the railway department should bare the loss and should compensate by refunding whole amount charged for booking.

                                        How am i supposed to book hastle free tickets online in this so called digital world if the railways are not providing enough measures to book tickets online?
                                        And you are talking here about cashless amd digital india!
                                        The online portal to book railways tickets just deducted my amount for a railway ticket thrice and now they are saying they cannot book a ticket for me from that amount and asking me for doing the transaction for the fourth time.
                                        Moreover when i asked the call centre girl what if my transaction gets failed for the fourth time with the amount being deducted.
                                        She said all the deducted amount would be refunded back to me 7-8 days later.
                                        This is a money laundering website.
                                        Which deducts money from the people uses it and refunds them back at their will.
                                        What kind o[censored]selessness is this?
                                        This thing will continue till my account balance becomes zero.
                                        And what next?
                                        How am i suppose to book a ticket further if all transactions keep failing and money gets deducting.
                                        I want indian government to take strict and fast measures for this fraud and make sure this website goes into proper hands for its operation.
                                        Also i want my money back as soon as it is deducted when a transaction fails.
                                        If not then there is no use of digital india and demonetization.

                                        Tea stall and biscuits . Taking extra Rs 5 of the MRP .
                                        Secunderabad station flat form no 6 . I bought Good day biscuit packet MRP 20 Rupees . They selling it and taking extra Rs 5 of the​ MRP 20 .. so this is not good for passengers ... Kindly do the best as early as possible
