Yes, so i booked a bed in the AC Dormitory at cst station from 5th August to 6th August. Pnr [protected].
1. The washrooms in the dormitory need serious plumbing, the taps were either not working, or they were leaky, and the faucets were the same, also the toilets were serious unclean.
2. We weren't provided with a fresh blanket, bedsheet and pillow cover till asking for it for like 10 times again and again. Plus I had to tuck my bedsheet in myself.
3. The lights weren't switched off till 12 o clock in the night inspite of being told to, the lights should be switched off at 10 o clock itself. I had to catch an early morning train, couldn't sleep properly, missed my train.
4. The passengers who are supposed to be allowed to be entered at 8 o clock in the morning were allowed at 7.30 itself, which lead to a lot of arguments between the previous bed renters and the ones who were supposed to get it at 8. This was troublesome.
This was a very bad experience compared to the previous experiences with IRCTC. Strict action should be taken regarding this.

i was booking my ticket from chandigarh to allahabad .. but due to network interruption my session was expired. then session expired during the payment step. so the money was cut from my account but i didn't get the PNR no. . so please refund my money back.
