Hi,
Ticket booked : sl from gy to rjy (Boarding at guntakal-gtl),
Train : prasanthi express/18464
Pnr :[protected]
Journey date : 16 may, 2017
Booking date : 1 apr 2017
Booked at rajahmundry railway reservation counter using credit card whereas one person is not travelling. So i reached out to gtl the day before the date of journey for partial cancellation, they said they are not having the cancellation policy for the tickets booked using credit card and there is no other alternative other than loosing money.

I reached out to ticket collector in train for this, he marked on my ticket and marked in his form as passenger not travelling and suggested me to file tdr in rjy station for the same. Whereas in rjy, they told like this cannot be done here, as tc has to stamp on this ticket.
If there is a facility to book tickets using credit/debit card, why there cannot have a facility to cancel ticket which is booked using credit/debit card?
Finally i lost the ticket money.

I provided details of only one ticket here, whereas the same thing happened for another 14 tickets (7 tickets from rjy to gtl and 7 tickets from gy to rjy) for which all needs to be partially cancelled. But was not done for same reason. We totally lost rs 7300.

Please do needful as we lost money only because the digital cancellation system is not available at boarding station.

    But i don't know he is from irctc or not & he is also not giving conformation clear only he is blaming that you are a agent, i am going to block you id now

      I have to book train from ludhiana to lko (Lukhnow) dated 02.06.2017, while process the amount has been deducted from my account of rs 2800.00 (In new delhi mentioned) transaction no irctc 12027 on 04.06..2017 time but mine ticket has been confirmed or not or other type of details not received from the irctc.
      It is very surprisingly that amount immediately deducted but while refund if take end numbers of days.
      Please refund the same at earliest.

          I filled the form with all the mendatory information marked with red star. I submitted also. But I did not any message to accept terms and conditions. I waited for long with no effect. I checked the given email and SMS also.
          I have tried innumerable time to register with alternate movie number and alternate email but failed every time. It is becoming very annoying.
          Pl help.

            I have booked tatkal ticket serval time on irctc site but ticket not confirm show waiting list and after perpration of chart ticket is note confirm meens ticket is cancelled. But raiway had dedected cancellation charge all ticket.@60/ per ticket.
            When ticket is allready cancelled and unable to travells this ticket. Why dedected cancellation charge on ticket

                IRCTC website booked my ticket in tatkal on 10th March, why the ticket was showing date of travel as 12th March it should have been as 11th March, hence I am asking for refund, if your site was showing correct date, I wouldn't have cancelled that.
                That's a bug in your system, and that's why I cancelled the ticket & asking for refund.
                Let me know if I am wrong.

                I know railway rules but what has been is wrong, booking of a later date in tatkal quota is not allowed.

                  I am trying to register as a new user in irctc but the irctc is so uselessly incompetent organisation that it's site does not work at all. When it's is asking for my address, after filling it it displays a dialogue box written it is needed Kim 3 characters and max 225 character.
                  I have tried app version that is displaying the same problem.
                  I have tried every way there is but neither the irctc site nor the irctc app works.This should be fixed immediately as many People face problems due to their incompetency.

On 16th may I tried to book ticket from basti to vapi twice for a single seat(costs 620), but both the time I got failure to do so but then also the amount was deducted from the account.                     My daughter nch haritha booked for tatkal 3ac ticket from coa (Kakinada) tospe (Sullurpet). The amount of rs1230 deducted from my sbi/sullurpet account bearing the account number [protected]. Date of boking is 01/06/2017 date for booking is 02/06/2017. Train is circar express.                       We have received tickets in waiting list

                      At the time of chart preparing one passenger ticket has been confirmed & another passenger was in under waiting. But irctc has not done refund amount of one passenger.

                      But still i have not received refund amount from irctc.

                            I took the ticket today morning from the window as the ticket is not conformed i went up to the station to get it cancelled there the station master refused to cancel the ticket. I kept on requesting the station master he just refused to cancel the ticket. His behavior was very bad towards me. Till now train have not arrived the station still he is not cancelling my ticket. Due to his misbehavior and attitude towards his work i am loosing my money as the ticket is not cancelled yet. Please solve the issue.

                            Train number 12724. AGC to HYB. PNR number [protected]. DOJ 31/05/18. W/L 6.
                            FZD Station master refused to cancel my ticket. He even threatened me for not to file a complain. I went up to the station to cancel my ticket at 6:45 person sitting on the window refused to cancel my ticket. He was very rude while talking. He was shouting on me. I kept on asking him to cancel my ticket or else I will lose my money. Still he did not cancel my ticket.
                            This is to inform you that in jhelum express reserved coaches are completely filled with non ticket holders. The T.T also is not taking any prior action regarding this but taking money for that.The current situation demands to be changed as soon as possible.

                                Dear Recipient,
                                As per the IRCTC rule a RAC ticket can be cancelled before 30 min of leaving of the train.
                                What shoud be done if the IRCTC website is not working during this tome frame.
                                The website actually says to cal a number or send an email.
                                The email sent with these details are not accepted for cancellation.
                                And it is mentioned in the email that the request for TDR should come online within the specified time

                                  The amount of RS 690/- from a/c 685636 is debited on[protected]:37:53 info: PUR/IRCTC APIN/NEW DELHI// Seq No[protected] but no ticket was booked on[protected]. Please return the said amount of Rs 690/-. My money is deducted from Axis. I could not find the train ticket in booked history of train.

                                  Please refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                  on date of 06/08/2017 i was trying to book ticket on irctc mobile application but 3 times there is a failed transaction and ticket was not booked but my a/c was debited 3 times

The amount of rs340 deducted but no ticket was issued. Date of booking is 30/05/17. For circar express. Please return my amount of rs340/-the journey date is 2/06/17. My money is deducted from sbi. Icouldnot get the train ticket in booked history of train
